we need some mentor for our ministry so we need good organisation for developing the ministry here

It depends on what you mean by "Good" and "Christian" but I will tell you that Randy White and Paula White have a great Ministers organization fo little and bigger ministries, also Rod Parsley, Kenneth Copeland, Leroy Thomas, Dan Stratton, to name a few.

Where is "here"? If you are between the ages of eighteen and twenty four you might consider going into a Master's Commission. This can be a one to three year course. Each "year" lasts for nine months. It is an intense discipleship coarse where one lives in a dorm type setting, takes usually The Berean Courses of Bible study, memorizes scripture, does Sidewalk Sunday Schools and other outreaches such as street ministry at Mardi Gras in New Orleans. Many Master's travel quiet a bit and some even go out of the country. This is through the Assemblies of GOD. My son is Director of a new one starting up this fall in Southern Illinois.
