Is it a concept? A belief? What gets you through the day as in terms of a belief pattern? For me, it's the universe and how it watches over me and guides me. It presents challenges and lessons. How about you?

Well, in no particular order.....
My most "spiritual" experiences are when I'm tending my garden; tilling, seeding, weeding, harvesting. I find that this "grounds" me in a sense; being close to the cycles of life and participating. BTW, I am also a proud father of a healthy, well-balanced son.
I believe that all people bleed and feel pain, and that to inflict pain or suffering on another human (and animals, too for that matter, such as pets), without some definsible reason is just inherently EVIL. This includes even just "messing with someone's head." Why would anyone derive pleasure from doing that?
I believe in helping others and having a sense of charity.
I try not to treat others in a way I would not want to be treated in similar circumstances.

To me,... everything is spiritual and nothing is not spiritual. .. The reason I say this is because what I have seen is that in Truth,.... when you look deeply enough, .. you discover that the notion that the universe is made up of separate beings and objects,.. is an illusion that the infinate and unlimited source that is consciousness itself has created for the purpose of this experience that is called life.
Underneath the appearance of life,.. one discovers that in Truth, there is only one SELF,.... and that SELF is God. ........... When you 'Awaken' and realise who you really are,... you will be one with all that IS,... and you will be Free.

It's a belief in God. The one who created the universe and you. He's the one who watches over you not the universe .

To me spirituality is a relationship with God. Similar to a relationship with a parent; being able to talk to Him, hear from him, feel loved by Him and even by disciplined by him. What gets me through the day is knowing that God loves me and wants me to fulfill a greater destiny. So even if where I am right now is now that great it is a part of his plan for me and His kingdom...That is is what it is to ME.

we suposed to live by the spirit not our fleshly feelings and ask for help & forgiveness and listen to and let the holy spirit guide us
