Honestly, if I had to make a bet on it, I would put my money on us destroying ourselves. It just seems so much more likely than a catastrophic event such as an asteroid impact or the sun running out of fuel.

The world will end when Jesus comes again. Just as it is stated in the Bible!

I believe that the Holy Bible is our only source of the truth about the end of the world.

What do you mean by worlds end? If the end means the extinction of humanity, thats another matter. If it means the destruction of earth, thats another matter also.
Earth is going to die along with the sun when the sun loses all of its fuel and causes an implosion that will suck earth into it along with some of the other planets in the solar system.
As for us, our extinction may very well be caused by our own stupidity.
too many greenhouse gases that will cause climate change..
nuclear war ..
etc etc etc

Many scientists believe we will eventually be hit by an asteroid big enough to end the world. They whizz around us all the time. Look at the craters in the moon. Those are all asteroid strikes.

It won't end, just the wicked will be deleted.
(Psalm 37:28-29) For Jehovah is a lover of justice, And he will not leave his loyal ones. To time indefinite they will certainly be guarded; But as for the offspring of the wicked ones, they will indeed be cut off. 29 The righteous themselves will possess the earth, And they will reside forever upon it.

Let's be realistic for a change. The world will not end until our sun goes nova!
This is not going to occur for a very, very, very, very long time! Oh yes and there is NO GOD that will stop it!
WHY???
There isn't a God that has done anything so far and this fantasy Christian God can not change so WE ARE ON OUR OWN!!!

In several billion years time, the sun will expand, engulfing the earth, and destroying everything on it. That is if the religious fundies haven't blown it to bits first in a religious war.

1. World, the system....a cruel, murderous, disobedient, unlawful world,unrighteous government, it will be destryoed by God.
