They are hard working people who are earning a living. They earn decent money... and do have a life. They probably earn more than the average person (although they work 55 hours a week).

If they don't like the question, why do these ppl answering and insulting the asker. they can just skip it to next question..so what's wrong with it??Many persons have many question in their mind even if it sound so funny to other, and when the language is not their mother tongue sometimes they can make any mistakes, so I thought we must respect them to try to speak it..How about you guys...insulting is part of lack of morality???

A sweet, shy, soft-spoken friend who is usually quiet starts opening up to you one day, talking for a few minutes about some family things going on. Once she finishes talking to you, she pauses for a minute and realizes how much she has been talking, then apologizes to you for "rambling" so much.

What would you think?

I wanna buy my friend an "I Love My Boyfriend" tshirt, but my sister insists that I shouldn't buy it at all, for it would implies that I "support" it, which I don't. Why? Because I don't have a boyfriend. And I told her that just because we buy something that has a statement on it, it doesnt really mean that we support that statement? Especially in this case, since I'm buying it for a friend, not for my own personal use.
Was I right?

Ages ago people were much nicer than they are today. Why are there so many rude and hateful people today, in your opinion? I think it has a lot to do with parenting. I always dreamed of living in a place were people were less petty and vindictive and heartless. Am I the only one?

This guy im dating works for a major tv network, they were taping a show where gene simmons from kiss would be a guest and they needed some people to wear Kiss makeup- 4 people to look like Kiss to just sit there and cheer him on.
The guy im dating is going to dress up in kiss makeup as Ace Frehly, he asked me to be on the show with him as Paul STanley in makeup,, I thought it was a fun idea then i started thinking about and thought it could be weird, everyone i know will see it and i dont it to be played for years where everyone says :hey remember when u dressed up as paul stanley,,"
So i told him i wont be doing it, he started SCREAMING AT ME and said "I CANT BELIEVE THIS, PEOPLE WOULD KILL TO DO WHAT I INVITED YOU TO"

i mean was this very bad? i just asked him to get someone else because i feel weird about it, he basically hung up on me.

Hi,

I'm just wondering, do I need to drink to be cool? If you say yes, I guess I'll just be uncool, but I was just wondering. I'm a total partier, just without the alcohol and drugs. :]

Thanks!

I had a conversation with my brother's and everything came back to me and how annoying I am when it comes to sticking up for what I believe in. And that made me want to ask what any of you have done that shows how much you believe in something.

Like a few years ago girls had to wear uniforms at my old school while guys didn't. I got so pissed that I marched out of school and literally dragged random girls with me against there will. I missed school for three days and egged it and did all this stupid **** to it. I didn't change anything sadly. But hey, I tried! :p

And my step-dad bought leather couches and I'll admit I'm not a vegitarian or anything so yeah I eat killed animals, but I think killing animals just to make them into clothing or furniture is ridiculous. So the day after he got them when my mom and him went shopping ... I burned them! My brother walked down the stairs and was like oh crap! And starting freaking out until finally my sister put it out. :p

Some kids in my school are, i hate to say it, but total douchebags. i walk into school and they just say out of nowhere,
" hey look it's a ******" or
"wat up dip$hit"
there are about 60 kids in my grade so i can't leave the clique and just go to another one. How can I deal with it?

i usually never get offended by anything...except when it comes to this.

when i hear guys calling girls/ladies/women sluts or skanky or hoes, i get SO offended.
i want to smash in their faces and tell them that they act that way also, even if i know they don't.
maybe because they only say it about females and not their guy friends or guys they know and even don't like.

AND (MOST IMPORTANTLY)
i get SOOOOOOO offended when a guy talks badly about a female's body...even if it's kinda gross. they have to be obese or almost deformed for me not to be offended.

EXAMPLE: i just saw a question post where a girl was asking about what guys like when it comes to large thighs because she's got them.

one guy answered something like "if they're muscular that's hot, but if there's fat ...all that wiggle. *VOMIT".

i got so enraged i wanted to tell him he doesn't deserve a girl that looks good.

WHY?

So for Thanksgiving my aunt offered for my husband and I to stay w/ her. Well I thought it was great. Thing is my husband wanted to get a hotel. We talked about it and I thought it sounded like a lot of fun. It would be a little vacation for us (we've never had a honeymoon). We kinda wanted to go to the pool and relax in a big comfy bed ('cause it would be a lot more comfortable).

My aunt is trying to save us money. How do I thank her but tell her we'll be staying somewhere else w/ out offending her?

The person that made this remark was in charge the week the incident happened. There is an intern that takes a lot of brakes and comes to our division to talk to all the ladies that works in our department (minding she has been done this before I got to that department). So the acting supervisor I guess got tired of her brakes and told her supervisor that these other two ladies and I were a bad influence for the intern because we are not teaching her good work ethical and to stop coming to see us. I always encourage her to finish her college education, stay fit and give her small things to do since her department doesn't giver her enough work.
But the real question is, wasn't him the one that lacks of ethic when he said to other that his co-workers are a bad influence?
Please give me some responses, I am interesting to know if he was wrong and if I was correct on confront him and to tell him his approach to the situation was something we could solve among our department.

I was working on a first draft of my half of the guest list (I'm the bride-to-be!) and I plan on inviting my mother's best friend from high school, her husband and their two kids, ages 22 and 20 (we're also very good friends!).

The more I thought about it, I realized I would like to invite this woman's brother, because he has always been close to my family, as well.

Now, he has four kids and one of those is an ex of mine.
The relationship ended on horrible terms and I truly don't want him at my wedding.

Should I invite just the father or should I just avoid the situation all together?

I called my friend Louie to his cell, and I was surprised to hear a female voice answered. I asked if Louie was there, she said there was no Louie, I looked at my phone, and noticed I dialed the wrong number.
Suddenly, this woman starts yelling at me on the phone telling to stop bothering her, so I just hung up.
Seconds later, the phone rings. A male voice starts yelling at me telling me to stop bothering them, so I hang up again.
A minute later, the phone rings again, it's the female voice. She yells asking me why was I calling. I tell her, I only misdialed once, that they were the ones calling me. So she hangs up.

What's wrong with these people?
