Is there a question here? Are you looking for validation of your job?
A fast food manager is a job like any other job. All work has value. I actually know a Walmart greeter who was a major executive in a large company. He works at Walmart because he has done everything he wanted to do in life. He has plenty of money but is bored at home, and wants to be out with people.
Never assume anything about anyone or any job. If you don't know the people, you don't know their motivation and reasons for doing what they do.
We are all equal, we all have value, and as the old song goes,
"Everything is beautiful, in it's own way."

I do not discriminate against other people. I don't care how much or little you make. For instance, My mom is an RN, and my dad worked at the same hospital, he was a Porter. Now you ask some Doctors who they should marry, most of them will tell you Doctors marry Nurses, or Doc to Doc, or Nurse to Nurse. That is very wrong to think that way. I don't care if you shovel dong for a living. A person is a person, we are all equal. I don't care who you are or what you are. I'm a Pilot, a Captain, but that is just a title to me. Like I said money is not everything, you could be very rich with money, but if you don't have love or your health, than you are poor. But if you don't have lots of money, you could be just as happy, if not, happier...

No, they don't earn more than the average person. I know fast food managers who make less than 40 grand a year.
They work hard long hours. They put up with teen age kids who don't really want to work, lazy customers who are too lazy to get their fat butts our of a car to get a cup of coffee.
I don't think any less of them than I do anyone who has a job and is just trying to get along. At least they're not drawing welfare and making the taxpayers support them.

Any person who's out there earning a living is okay in my book.
But, no, I do not agree with your assessment of their earnings. Fast food managers earn much less than many other professions.

I had a friend who always sat near me in choir in the spring who manages a fast-food restaurant. She's always tired from the long hours but she says she likes the pay.

Anyone who works hard, is ok in my book, but if they have been in fast food beyond about 5 or 10 years, they need to move on....

I actually feel sorry for them. They are usually a scapegoats for a dumb stupid customers who always like to ***** about everything. They should get paid more for all of the bs they put up with. I am always nice to them, and even though I would not like a food, I would be as polite as I can to explain it.

That they are hard working individuals.. it's just another restaurant management job, with a faster pace, than most restaurant jobs.
