Ok, here is the situation- I am at a restaurant. I eat some wonderful Aegean Wings (Greek version of spiced wings). they are a little greasy, so I got to the restroom to wash up before the main course. Once there, I realize I have to go take a leak. That is the setup.

So, now do I wash first, then wash a second time after taking a leak? Or do I just take a leak and wash once at the end? The obvious answer is that you wash twice, both before and after. But frankly, it seems a little weird to walk into a restroom and wash before going to the urinal. Maybe its just me, but it just seems like other guys would be wondering what the heck I am doing washing before I went and took a leak.

Let me know your thoughts.

are the people posting their videos on youtube.com sadists. There are a lot of videos showing cruelty being to animals like kittens, chinchillas and even a video where a lion is shot death while it was mauling its trainer. The way the lion dies within minutes after struggling on the ground is real sad scene and it is being viewed on youtube.com without being reported for abuse. i think that day is not far when youtube.com will proudly show how a cannibal is eating another human being.

Is it proper to go to a nudist colony while wearing a full-leg cast? Or should I just wait until I heal, and can have it taken off? I'd like to see some of my friends again, but I don't know if they'd consider a cast to be "partially clothed."

The invitation is for the 9:00am service, Kiddush Luncheon and the dance later that evening. I wouldn't mind attending the service/luncheon but I don't want to take seats away from family members at the service nor do I want to add to the expense of the luncheon since my daughter has only know the boy for a couple months.
Do you think the family is actually only expecting her to respond and attend the evening dance? I don't know if it's "tacky" to only attend the dance and not the rest of the day.

Please let me know what you think!

I'll let them every once and awhile get something to drink or eat, but now they just come over and take what they want.

I have Kool-Aid (the pouches and little bottles) and they just take and drink them. And they take my other roommies water... i get mad about it but not say anything. I'm going home next weekend and i'm afraid to leave my stuff there...that when i get back it'll all be gone...

How can i let them to stop taking things without asking first?

In mumbai city, i get this feeling that people are little hesitant towards registering any complaints with the police. One of the reasons that i feel is the fear of rampant corruption ,specially if the defendant is an influential personality. I know that mumbai police can be the best in the world, after scotland yard. What role can the youths of mumbai play to improve the image of mumbai police and to regain the lost public confidence.

We have been dating for three years, we have lived together for two, and have never had these issues. Lately, he's been inviting the guys over on Friday (before I walk in the door after a 50-hour work-week) for poker or a party, (which is fine, I like entertaining), but it turns into a weekend-long sleepover.

Saturday morning usually consists of me waking up and walking over sleeping men in my living room who wake up and watch MLS and College football all day... which turns into drinking and watching trilogy movies and end up sleeping in my living room on Saturday night too.

Sunday morning usually consists of me waking up and walking over sleeping men in my living room who wake up and watch NFL football and argue about fantasy football all day.

When they finally leave, it's 10pm on Sunday night... and time for me to go to bed b/c I have to wake up at 4am to go to work. I'm exhausted, I've talked to him about it, but nothing seems to work, how would you deal with this??

Do people gain their likeness/interest in you if you're funny?
because earlier today, there was a false fire alarm at my school and the thing was is that i was the only student who left the room (which was kinda weird),so when the principal came up the loud speaker and made an announcement that it was a false alarm,i went back to the classroom, opened the door and noticed that everyone was in their seats as if nothing happened, so i was like "hello" and everyone all laughed at me for some reason and i decided to laugh at myself when i was taking my seat. After taking my seat,i started thinking about why everyone was in their seats before i am and laughed at me when i said hello,i asked a couple students who sat next to me if anyone besides me evacuated the room when the alarm rang, they said none left the room, besides me of course.im just asking if me being funny gains interest/likeness in others who laugh at me for being funny.im trying to find a bright side to this.cuz im embaressed

then when you give them an honest answer and disagree with them they berate you and call you stupid? I just answered a question where I politely disagreed with the person, and then he went back and edited the question and said I had a low mentality and wouldn't go anywhere in life. What a loser! Can I report him for harrassment?

my bfs friend was in a state of distress about 6 months ago. his relationship failed, leaving him homeless bc they lived together, & he was having a really tough time. we let him stay at our apartment under a temporary basis. But then he just kind of moved in.One night he opened the door & started lugging all of his things into our spare bedrm. He gave us $300 for the room(& continues to pay every month). It was all bad from the start, but i felt unable to complain because he was my bf's friend,& was going through tough times. He uses everything of ours. The only things he has that are his are his clothes, underwear and some toiletries, other than that he uses (and breaks, and dirties) our dishes, pots, pans, bath towels, LOOFAH SPONGES! I mean come on right? He tells his friends that its his apartment&offers girls our food & wine.He comes in at 2-5 am waking us up every other night. Now him &his girl got back together,&she comes over every day &night. How do I polietly get rid of this moocher?

I personally think it is not very courteous to leave all the other applicants waiting and wondering whether they got the job or not, a simple standard email response is all it takes. Trying to make a decision about one's next job choice requires two-way communication between the employers and prospective employees. How many of you share this pet peeve of mine

Say someone sparks a convo with you about how annoying the express lane in a supermarket can be or something to that effect... how would you inject humor in the conversation? I'm like a dead replier. I just kinda laugh or say, "I know!" and then silence ensues.

I work with a guy that has a tendency of greeting every female in the building by saying, "Hello beautiful, you look just lovely!" or "Good Morning. Don't you just look ravishing today?". He either says one or the other and the words beautiful, lovely and ravishing are always emphasized dramatically.

He says it every day, and we know it is coming when we see him. I can practically look at my watch and do a count down for the compliment.

Usually when he says that we thank him, but quite frankly after hearing it over and over it gets on our nerves. You can tell that he is not sincere in what he says, and it creeps some of us out. It's to a point where some of us just don't know what to say anymore and it has gotten really old.

I would feel better about telling him about it than hearing people talk or about how much it bothers them or how it creeps them out, and sometimes it even makes me uncomforatable. Any good suggestions?

BTW...All smart*ss answers will be ignored.

Your out at a nice restaurant with your family, and you start overhearing the people next to you. You dont really understand the heart of the conversation but all you hear is a bunch of bad words ("f this"," f u", etc.). You have your little brother and sister sitting at your table. Deep down inside you want to beat the crap out of this guy for showing NO CLASS in a public place, but you instead hold in your anger and try to eat your meal. But the cursing continues, and you become more and more restless. You want to teach these inbreeds a lesson. How do u handle this???

This happened to me yesterday, and all i did was keep quiet.

Why is that when you just try to ask a question or give an opinion, some people feel the need to call you names? Or to send you threating e-mails where they call you stupid? Doesn't anyone have any deceny & respect anymore?

Dear Ms ,

I'm willing to bet that the rest of the year would be great. I know I still have a lot to catch up on, but I will try my best to get on pace. That's the consequence I get for coming in this late, right? I hope you won't lose patience over me, I can't guarantee that I will be a perfect student, but I will put an effort in my studies.

Please be aware that I don't have all my books with me yet, but I will sometime next week. What should I do for the time being? Please lend me your guidance Take care and God Bless.

Sincerely,

----
I just got into a new school and well... I'm sending this to my American Lit teacher as a common courtesy on my behalf. How can I give more 'oomph' to this letter without sounding so formal or childish? Also, please check my grammar, I can only hope to God that it's alright. Thank you in advance. :)

I have a shirt on that says, "I'm Smart, That's Why I am Single"
I think that it is pretty funny in a sarcastic, witty kind of way. Why the strange looks?! I am also not looking for them to give me a reaction, I have just noticed alot more staring today than usual. I am on a college campus btw.
