Wheat flakes with a sliced banana and OJ. Sometimes its a poached egg on toast and the inevitable OJ. Gotta get your Vitamin C :)

Nonfat plain yogurt with granola. The granola wasn't my usual brand and was really disappointing. I took a big mug of coffee with me on the train, as usual.
