even when they come to me?

and start doing her job. We do the same job and when she doesn't help, it just ends up the I have to do that much more. I'm getting tired of feeling like I'm doing everything and every time I look she's on the internet.

This has been going on for at least 2 months now. I keep thinking that someone will say something to her because she is even on it when the boss walks by, like she doesn't even care to hide it.

What should I do?

I work in a sensitive environment. I take great pride & respect for my job. A co-worker I was just getting to know (due to our age being in the same age group amongst older more familiar to themselves coworkers) was seemingly involved in a ruthless incident. Due to my association with this coworker, I was also branded as a wrong-doer, even though I was nor ever could be implicted due to my total innocence and lack of any insight as to what my co-worker was upto. This whole episode has left me down-trodden and also i feel betrayed that a co-worker could have done or even think such a thing..How do i start to rebuild my image to my superiors and co-workers at large? And how do i even start to feel better inside? How do i let the world know i am totally innocent & clueless, without comming off seeming defensive, dwelling & insistent on the sensitive subject?

Don't tell me you don't know how rude it is, and don't tell me you've got too much arthritis for the extra work to press Shift Once in a darned while!

It's hard to ignore her. She sits in the cubicle next to mine. She displays wildly outrageous behavior. Example: Today she questioned me when I retrieved a yogurt from the company refrigerator. Said she had one like it, and continued to grill me about it. I calmly explained that I had one too. She only has 60 days before her contract runs out, but I'm not sure if I can survive this madness.

How would you handle someone like this?

I am pleasant and patient with her, but I'm not sure for how long.

I received a Louis Vuitton bag about 4 years back as a gift from my mother in-law.
Anyhow, it's been collecting dust in my closet and it's a very nice bag. I'd just hate to see it go to waste. It's not as if though my mother in-law needs it back or anything she has more handbags than your local Neiman Marcus.
Since it's a discontinued bag it would be highly coveted on ebay and can easily sell for around $400.
My husband is against my idea and said that I should return it.
My question is: Since when do we return gifts?

Men, I don't think you realize this, but it can be quite intimidating when men harass women, simply because you can most likely empower us. I am not saying we are weak by any means, but you have more strength.

That being said, how do you a guy in his place who constantly likes to bother you, ie. screaming your name when you are around, blocking you, etc. etc. What can you do by yourself, without getting others involved?

Also, if the person was once rude and tries to be nice now, what can you do to surprise them and put them in their place?

Not only against white people but their own race as well.
Or is it acceptable for one race to be racist and not another?

push something you don't like to the side of your plate? I HATE tomatoes. I love tomatoe sauces and such but raw tomatoes make me gag. Will my picking them out and pushing them to the side of the plate be considered rude?

My Father in Law passed away and my husband has to write his obituary. Is it customary to put the ex wives in or leave them out? Both gave him children so i would think you'd put them in but I have no clue.

Not just 'pleasel' and 'thank you' but what about polite manners like giving up your seat for someone older, or holding a door open, or asking people at neighbouring tables in a restaurant if it's OK for your to smoke.
Do you think these things matter, or are they old-fashioned?

Theres this guy who lives in a flat opposite me. We are both on the same floor but different buildings. I am a nosey neighbour and I often see him walk round starkers. He knows I am there but it never bothers him. Recently he has started looking at me through binoculars and messing with his thing in full view of me. Who is wrong? Him for being a pervert weirdo or am I just as wrong for being nosey and spotting him in the first place? I want to go to the police cos hes scaring me now but I dont want to get done for being a peeping Tom. Help!!!
