It's already against the Yahoo rules to post in all caps, so if you feel like it, you can report people who post questions or answers in all caps.
I don't think people with bad vision still need to use caps; I remember a long time ago several people on forums and mailing lists typed all caps because of this, but haven't seen it for years. And indeed both my Firefox and MSIE have a simple-to-use option to enlarge the text. A larger font in lower case is much easier to read than all caps, because capital letters are more alike.

I think it's a good idea to kill off all of the caps, at least all of the ones that are put on the head backwards

Well, yes, it is annoying.
However, I have heard from some people with low vision that this is the only way they can read what is on their computer. So those folks get a bye from me.
Everyone else, you have NO excuse, and it is shouting! So no soup for you! :o)

Lol I never understood the problem with caps or how letters could offend someone....but if you feel we must kill them can't we just rough them up a little?

Who cares. My eyeballs won't pop out from seeing the words in CAPS. What's the difference.

Isn't there something more thoughtful to gripe about? I mean, why should you really care? It's quite a minor issue.
