Have you ever actually studied it? Or, did you take someone elses word on the details? I keep hearing all these ridiculous assertions about Evolution. It seems to me that many who deny it have never even studied it. Personally i tend not to answers questions i know nothing about. So my question is this. If you have not studied on the subject. Are you willing to?

Most of the academic specialists on Hinduism, and especially the vedas are Europeans (especially French and Belgians) and not Indians.

Why Is This???

Is it because the left wing political establishment, the left-wing education system and the pro-left media in india have deliberately incepted the belief that anything to do with Hinduism is being communalistic and backward???

The community of believers was of one heart and mind, and no one claimed that any of his possessions was his own, but they had everything in common. With great power the apostles bore witness to the resurrection of the Lord Jesus, and great favor was accorded them all. There was no needy person among them, for those who owned property or houses would sell them, bring the proceeds of the sale, and put them at the feet of the apostles, and they were distributed to each according to need. (Acts 4:32-35 NAB)

Those who accepted his message were baptized, and about three thousand persons were added that day. They devoted themselves to the teaching of the apostles and to the communal life, to the breaking of the bread and to the prayers. Awe came upon everyone, and many wonders and signs were done through the apostles. All who believed were together and had all things in common; they would sell their property and possessions and divide them among all according to each one's need. (Acts 2:41-45 NAB)

A man walks into a New York City bank and says he wants to borrow $2,000 for three weeks. The loan officer asks him what kind of collateral he has. The man says "I've got a Rolls Royce -- keep it until the loan is paid off -- here are the keys." The loan officer promptly has the car driven into the bank's underground parking for safe keeping, and gives the man $2,000.

Three weeks later the man comes into the bank, pays back the $2,000 loan, plus $10 interest, and regains possession of the Rolls Royce. The loan officer asks him, "Sir, if I may ask, why would a man who drives a Rolls Royce need to borrow two thousand dollars?"

The man answers, "I had to go to Europe for three weeks, and where else could I store a Rolls Royce for that long for ten dollars?"

I'm 2 months behind with my rent thanks to my partner as he spent the rent on getting his car fixed. Im too scared to tell the landlady.

Usually, I start christmas early (october) and should have everything i need in by now but have gone nothing besides a few prezzies for my 2 small children.

I always do my best to get my kids everything they want and as i love christmas- so much go mad with the tree and decorations, also the christmas shop for food.

But this year is looking really bad and fear that I wont be able to give the kids the best christams and were all going to be grumpy.

Christmas doesnt bother my partner- hes grumpy but i love christmas and just for 1 day a year try to make the effort.

Is this me over-reacting and making a fool of myself- i should be grateful i still have a roof over my head?

Anyone got any advice for a cheap christmas or some advice how to chill out?

Thanks for listening to me moaning- this is a big deal for me

Doesn't Evolution already effectively ruled out the possibility of divine intervention?

Do these Christians really know the grievances of this theory which promote Science and undermine the EXISTENCE of a Creator who make and care for us?

why are the pastors each setting their own church and the closest they go is by affiliations?

Why can't they simply be united ? If they cannot even agree among themselves, who can believe in what they preach?

BUT on the contrary, Catholic Church has been in existence for 2000 yrs since Christ handed His divine authority of feed my lamb, feed my sheep to Peter as the 1st pope.

I find that many Muslims living in predominately Muslim society blindly obey their parents and their rules and traditions. On the other hand, I notice that most of Muslims from the West sacrifice a lot for their religion, they defy their parents, they defy their environment just for the sake of Allah s.w.t.

By that I don't mean just converts, but also born Muslims who face obstacles or lack of acceptance from the side of their parents.

Do people really expect that blind obedience to their parents without critical thinking, determination, and awareness of what they're doing will lead them to Paradise?

I think it seems to make good sense to me, but others say that it's lacking in evidence.

So for those who don't believe in it (even though it's a scientific fact), where are you lacking this evidence?

People might PERCEIVE that there is a God, but that doesn't prove anything.

What people PERCEIVE and what is actually true are often two very different things............
