All the money is being spent somewhere else!
There is only money for war not for people. Did you know the news stated that this war has cost each family of 4 more than $20,000?

There is absolutely nothing wrong with the Governor praying for rain. He should have already been doing it. God controls the weather, He spoke the world into existance, rain will not be a problem for God, if its in Gods will, it will rain. Life is simple actually. Man tries to make life hard. Do they need a plant out in the ocean, its obvious they do, but it takes years to build and a ton of money. I don't think they people of GA want to see their taxes go up to do it. So now they Pray to God, finally.

The Dukes of Hazzrd has nothing to do with it. This whole thing is because people who pray for things almost never think about every option they have.

Because he knows that the only prayers that are answered are those that were going to happen anyway,regardless of prayer.
