There would be nothing wrong whatsoever if God decided to put life on other planets. My father and mother have not always told me everything and I don't tell my children everything. It is nothing to do with my faith in God.

I am a christian
There are three ways for christians to look at it (ways I have heard)
1. Aliens cannot exist because if they did, and were smart enough to built a UFO, God would have to send another savior for them to take away their sins...
2. They could just be humans who long forgotten built a space ship, flew off into the stars, and established a community on a livible planet. Then after they left, the world lost the knowege altogether(due to illness killing those who knew, everyone who knew leaving with the shuttle, ect...), reverted back, and couldn't make a space ship until Much into the 1900s (heh, I have no idea when exactly) the Russians made Sputnik, sent it into space, and started the Cold War. =P
3. Then there are the christians who are realists, believe in christianiny, but stay open minded and totally believe that UFOs could or could not be real, using their OWN logic.
I'm personally a #2er just because the whole idea of it facinates me. <3 My sister is a #3er.

Genesis 6, talks about renegade angels that vacated their estates in the heavens, and went about fornicating and interfering with God's creation men and women all over the earth. The resulting product were the nephilim. Hybrid half men half demons (demigods) if you will. They had a predisposition for evil as their gene seed came from renegade angels. This prompted God to cause the flood, and save mankind from becoming totally evil, by starting again by using the seed of the only righteous people he could find, Noah and his family
Now it says there were nephilim in those days, and in the days after that.
If renegade angels had descended, did they know a thing or two about technology?
would they have walked everywhere or built the fastest means of travel such as UFO's?
why do the mayans and the egytpians have cave pictures of scaly bug eyed men?
Google pharoahs helicopter
one of the tombs of the phearoahs shows what look like prototypes for a helicopter, submarine and a jet fighter on the walls in heiroglypihics.
Also there appears to be a xenomorph there also, clearly identifiable with its black eyes.
TRhis would also explain how the mayans, sumerians, and egyptians were able to build such fascinating structures, and
why they would have worshipped these creatures as gods
bizzarre but there is logic to this

Sister all I can say is that from a biblical standpoint there is nothing in the word that supports UFO's. Some say that the Great Wheel in the Book of Ezekiel was one but that totally not the case and has everything to do with the moving of God on the earth with the Gospel and His ruling on the earth....
But I will say this. We know from the Word that satan is the Prince of the Power of the air.
The air is his domain and he manipulates it to suit himself and his evil purposes to facinate man away from God. There is a spiritual side to the atmosphere that we as believers know exists.. but to others, these kind of sightings just open them up to further believe things that are strange and drive men and women further and further away from believing the simplicity of the Bible.
As a christian when I hear of these kinds of matters I right away consider that our enemy is at work again deceiving and manipulating man again. Causing man to be so caught up in looking for Alien life on other planets when as believers in Christ we need to be living an abiding transformed life in Christ while giving ourselves for the building up of the Body of Christ as the Bride and watching in prayer for our Lord's return.
These things will always be around.. there will be many " Wonders" in the heavens.
I just thank the Lord that He ascended above ALL the principalities and rulers and dominions. That He is not only the Head of all and all things are under His feet.. but this Lord of ours sister Kayne is enthroned and glorified in the heavens. He has poured all that he has attained into His body on the earth as the chruch!
Lets keep watching and praying and persevering each day until our Lord comes back to put an end to all the madness.
Good Question...
Your sister

I know people think that if you've seen a UFO you must be insane and I know that humans are incredibly self absorbed but to think we are the only intelligent life in this massive universe is insane and ignorant in my opinion dare I say it.
I don't think reputable people including people that work in the air force would speak out about this unless they're positive what they had seen was a UFO. Consider the pros and cons of publicly stating that you've seen a UFO.
My religion is do what is morally right and die with a clear conscience. There's no conflict.

I do not consider myself a bible scholar, but I do consider myself a serious student. As yet I have read nothing that would rule out the existence of alien life. If we were to be invaded tonight by friendly or hostile beings, it would not affect my relationship with Jesus Christ. I would still call on His name. There have been so many hoaxes in regard to this subject, I think we all need to be a little skeptical, but the link you provided does seem to have more credibility than most articles on the subject.

Hmm don't know about the first part user johnny_rico said, but the part about pharaoh's helicopter is almost certainly an urban legend. Here is a website which explains it
http://www.catchpenny.org/abydos.html
Hmm about UFO's, i really am not sure what to think about those... It might be true, but then again it might be a product of wishful thinking or vivid imagination.

Isn't it about time that the UFOs came out of the closet?
There seems to be so much, even Nasa video clips, etc., about this that hiding it seems ridiculous.
It is unfortunate that there also are many who falsify material. In regard to this question, such ought to be ashamed, the subject is too important to be trivialized.

Ha...good article. I wonder if it's really as "official" as they try to make it sound. I do believe that UFOs are possible, after all, I did see one once (and I'm not suggest that it was necessarily alien).
As for alien intelligences capable of traversing the extreme distances between stars...why not on that count either? You could say that if they wanted to hide their existence, being of such surpassing technological achievement, then we certainly would never get a chance to actually see them, but who says they don't want to be seen? Maybe they want to make us suspect their existence and then gauge our collective reaction until they feel it's safe to make contact.
Of course, this is all speculation. Chances are, there ARE other intelligent life forms in the universe, but as far as I know, no one can yet prove the existence or nonexistence of extraterrestrial sentient life. There sure is a hell of a lot more evidence that aliens exist than there is for God, but I don't think that the existence of aliens is any sort of evidence against any God.
I just wish it were possible to meet another intelligent life form before I die (from another planet, of course :P ). Assuming they didn't annihilate me on the spot, it would be AWESOME! ;)

Amazing how the only picture they can provide there is some irrelevant claim of timelapsed stars... which for what it is worth looks exactly like a simple photoshop filter.
Honestly though... all this talk about UFOs is just the result of superstitious idiots with overactive imaginations...
Yes, there are other lifeforms out there..... but NO... they have not been visiting us. We will never see an extraterrestrial lifeform in our lifetimes.

A christian here and a bible reader. There were UFO's in the bible. Ezekiel's vision was one (Ezekiel 1). Chariot of fire was the 2nd (2 kings 2:11). And so on.
But I never lost track of the word 'Unidentified' in UFO. So, it is a modern day issue but written thousands of years ago. That's why I believe in the bible.
