it seems as if he drinks daily: beer, wine, vodka,margarita. usually it is with a meal and/or with friends. he does go out to drink on the weekends. he usually has about 3 drinks. he does not get drunk. he tells me of people he knows who are alcholics and claims that he is not because he does not drink and get drunk. he can handle his liquor. i believe he enjoys drinking because he is a very sociable person...he loves to talk to people everywhere he goes. i usually catch him mentioning some kind of alcohol and says it like it is one of the best things in the world; praising it as if he needs it everyday. what do you think?

I swear I had the most realistic dream when I found myself starring back at my own image in the mirror during a dream and the third eye opened up in the middle of my forehead, which was a perfect triangle above my two other eyes.

The third eye was starring at me the hardest, for which I believe was my own inner self’s message to look within myself to heal whatever might have been aligning me spiritually.

Do you believe in the third eye? Plus, do you believe you can find your psychic self better sometimes in the dream realm?

OK, this is part of a long series of "getting over my christianophobia" questions, I am trying to be more understanding and open minded...so please bear with me and try not to be offended.

The bible is full of prophets and miracle workers yet there are also passages that say anybody who claims to see the future is a sorcerer and is evil...revelations for example is supposed to be a vision of the future...so how are the 2 distinguished. Why is it that throughout history some are some burned at the stake and some are added to the bible?

What do most christians think about people (modern day) with psychic ability?

I have modified my behavior in the short time I have been on YAHOO Q&A to try to answer questions that I really feel I have something to add, even if it is an attempt at humor. I have tried to curb my sometimes caustic tongue, and enjoy thoughtful questions and answers. I also love a good laugh. I am trying to resist the cutting barbs that are usually not very funny anyhow.

first of all, I am bisexual. I love men and I love women. I find that in many religions, homosexuality is forbidden. In Christianity, the bible specifically says that homosexuality is wrong. In islam, homosexuality is taboo. And mainly I find that people do not tend to accept people of different sexual orientation.
I do know that the younger generation is much more open to different sexual preferances than before. Even so, their parents and grandparents are just as prejudiced.
I just want to understand the thought behind the hate crimes and discrimination against homo/bisexuals in our society. It's not like we chose to be gay. It's not like we enjoy the negative attention we get.
What do you think about the role of homosexuals in society today?

African American. I mean there not from Africa there from America. If you have to trace your roots back more than 2 generations your not African. I understand that black people were called and still are called n*****(by there own people). That shouldn't have nothing to do with it. I mean black people call white people white,soda cracker, uncle sam etc etc. So why can't white people(or any other race) call balck people black. Whats the big deal? I mean you dont' see Korean Americans, German Americans, Irish Americans, Swedish Americans etc etc.

There's this prissy cute girl in my class who just stares at me, not exactly sure why, but most likely because I have really unique features. I don't mind the occasional stares, but this is every day, and it's simply annoying. What body language can I use to get her to stop staring at me?
