My four year old is a picky eater so I "fortify" his milk with it. I give it to my two year old too - just because. Is there anything wrong with this? I also give him Carnation Instant Breakfast and a multi-vitamin.

My son has had 12 ear infections and he is only 15 months old, I think that the one that he was just recently diagnosed with was one that wont go away. He is now being treated with Amoxil he was just at the doc about 3 weeks ago with one. They are not severe but are enough to keep him and I awake at night. Does anyone know how many must be had before tubes are put in. We have an appoinment with the ENT on Monday, but I am wondering if they will want to put tubes in or wait a while longer.....

I am a stay at home mother of a 5 year old little girl. I recently decided to start babysitting for extra Xmas money. I ran an ad in the paper and now watch 2 kids. A 3 month old girl and a 2 year old boy. The 3 month old has been coming here for a month. This is the first week for the 2 yr old. I gave the mother of the 2 yr old references and all that when she first came to meet me. She felt comfortable and started her son the next day. She calls 4 times a day. Just to check on him and to make sure he ate. Last night she called and said they noticed a scratch on his stomach and wanted to know how it happened. I told her I had no clue that he never cried or anything to me. I didn't notice him getting hurt all day. Well she was very angry that he got hurt in my care and kept demanding to know what happened.I have no clue! She brought him back this morning and brought it up again.I feel that she is someone who may nit pick everything.I have a bad feeling about this. How would u handle this

My almost-2-year-old goes to large daycare center, there are two women in her "room." Last Christmas, in the baby room, I just gave the women candy and a pretty candy jar. What gift could I give (together, not separately)...I'm on a very tight budget.

s he is fine and will talk when he is ready. He is a second child; older child is 6. He understands what is said to him and follows instruction; laughs and throws fits like most 2 year olds. Just won't talk. Are there others out there who have gone through this. What did you do to get them to talk.

My son used to eat anything I fed him. Spinach was his favorate. Since the day he turned two, it seems, he only wants sugary junk or chicken nuggets. Everything else ends up on the floor. I've even resorted to putting candy sprinkles on everything from bananas to spaggetti. I'm scared he's not getting enough nutrients. Any advice will be greatly appreciated.

Unfortunatley..I have to work an hour from home. That means getting my son to daycare around 7:00 in the morning. He's such a good boy, but he's such a pain to get out of bed!! I was the same way when I was little so I guess I'm paying for it now...lol. He does eventually get out of bed..he just moves so slow. I've gotten in trouble at work for being late because of him. Any suggestions on how to get him moving in the mornings? He goes to bed around 8:00 every night and doesn't seem tired in the mornings...he just takes his time :0)

My son is almost 15 months, and not walking on his own yet. He won't even stand alone. He is fine if he is holding onto something. Doctor says not to worry, but I am worried. Also does your husband help you? My husband rarely helps me. I'm a stay home mom and he works all day, but I NEVER get a break.

My daughter has always been a vegetarian ever since she was born. Now that she is in school she refuses to eat the school lunches that are being served. All her meals before she went to school were loving made and were served warm. What do I send her to school with that is vegetarian and can still keep well in a lunch box basically with no reheat nessecary. Her school does not offer vegan meals as an option.
