would I be better getting it done privately or by the NHS.It will be a late term one.Don't want to spend unnecessary money but at the sae time don't want to have a horrible experience.

I have just had the ring over the hand trick and it shows that I am meant to have twins next. I have had it done previously and was told correctly the predictions and then it stopped. Now with this prediction I am wondering if I am pregnant again for it to be showing more.

Going to start packing my bag in a day or so, but I need to know what people think would be most useful at the hospital. Also I'm not sure how long I will be in the hospital I have heared 2-4days, will this change what I pack? Thanks so much for your help!

c-section will be in 2 weeks due to breech...I'm 37weeks along.

Now that ultrasounds (and the technicians doing them) have become more advanced... who has recently (like in the last year or two) had an ultrasound at 12 weeks and been told the sonographer saw what looks to be girl (a clitoris). Anyone had this not be true??? I didn't even ask the sonographer for what he thought... he just said, "Well, do you want me to tell you what I think you'll have?"

I have a cousin who is pregnant. She is due in January. Every since she found out she is pregnant she has been using that as an excuse for not doing things. She won't work because she claims that no one will hire her. She won't do anything because she gets hot and tired easier. The list goes on. Can she really be experiencing all of this or is it her way for getting out of stuff?

I am almost 8 weeks pregnant with my 2nd. I have a 2 1/2 year old daughter. I had a false positive home pregnancy test a month before getting pregnant with this one and then found out I wasn't pregnant when I started my period which was very late and heavy (which I thought was a miscarriage because I had all the pregnancy symptoms) and was devastated. A nurse said I could have had an a fertilized egg that couldn't attach right which was just enough to elevate my hormone level and give me symptoms. This time I had 3 positive home pregnancy tests but I have no symptoms of pregnancy at all. Sometimes sore breasts, a little tired, but nothing like my first. Is this normal. I have an appointment in 10 days with my OB/GYN. I am afraid of getting my hopes up that I'm actually pregnant and then finding out something is wrong because I have no symptoms (I do have occasional spasms in my lower abdomen area which I don't remember having before). Is this normal the 2nd time around?

Hi. My girlfriend and I have been having sex, but we always used a condom. Two weeks ago she had weird cravings, no stomach cramps although her period was close and she normally gets them, and she was occasionally nauseas. Her period did come, however it was two days late, which is unusual for her - but the period itself was normal. Before she had it she took a urine test and the result seemed negative, although there was a very very faint trace of a positive result that u cud barely see. We were going to go and see the doctor anyway but then she had her period so we didn't. After that the other symptoms stopped but i am still worried.

i am 38 weeks along and have NO dr. to get advice from cant afford to go to hospital everytime i turn around just wondering if anyone has had this problem before and if so could you give me any advice towards this problem also i have experienced discomfort in the lower back and pelvis area i think it could be labour pains but not so sure never experienced labour before or water breaking. thank you for your eyes and time!

I'm 37 weeks pregnant and I have been having contractions for the past few days and with every step it feel like the baby is dropping. Well I started spotting tonight and got checked and the doctor said I was definatly contracting and my cervix was changing. I am 1 centimeter but he said my cervix is pretty soft...about 25% effaced. Could labor be soon?

i am about 6 weeks pregnant i posted a question friday about mild cramping and low beta levels which my obgyn is monitoring and i will find out if they are going up like they should monday,will today when i went to the bathroom and wiped i got quite a bit of clear mucus like discharge with some streaks of blood in it,i would ask my ob but his office is not open on weekends and since it was only one time today and havnt had any type of discharge at all other then what i found earlier i dont think it warrants a trip to the er has anyone had this early in the the pg? does anyone know what it could be??

I am 37 weeks pregnant with my second child. With my first baby I woke up in the middle of the night with SEVERE contractions, drove to the hospital (I was in such pain I could not sit down during the contractions), and was dialated to 8 cm by the time I got there soooooo no drugs were allowed. I was exhausted and gave up at the end. I don't want that to happen this time, so I am taking drugs. However, I will not not not have an epidural because I am terrified of messing with my spine. So please tell me the name of the drug and what it did to you, side effects of it, ect. THANKS!

Hi everyone. well i've been trying to conceive for 5 months.. i just got a positive pregnancy test yesterday! my period was due yesterday the 7 and it didn't came and i was in such a hurry that i got 5 different home pregnancy test. it came dark lines positives =0). well today the 8th, i woke up with brown discharged. i worried and went to see my doctor. he gave me a pregnancy test it came positive but also he detected some blood. told me that blood doesnt mean nothing bad dont worry. he gave me a pap smear and saw my uterus nice and close also saw no bleeding. he said i shouldnt worry he doesnt see anything bad. but im still having some brown light discharged. im so scared. keep in mind that if i wasnt pregnant i would have gotten my period yesterday. well im just afraid that i'll have a miscarriage. please help me out with some advice. also a question did any of you had this discharged? but had your baby fine? please give me some advice. thank you god bless you all.. wish me luck!!!!

hi i have a question. I just started taking prilosec otc today, because i have acid reflux. and a few days ago i had sex unprotected... (i know stupid of me) and that might of been while i was ovulating. just because i was ovulating does that mean i will 100% get pregnant?

i have a 7 month old already

and, have you ever been pregnant and had acid reflux? will getting pregnant (if i am) make my acid reflux worse

and if so is there any meds to take besides tums and stuff while pregnant?
