How long after your mucus plug falls out do you go into labor. I am 37 w and 5 days pregnant. I am trying to wait paitiently but nothing has happened. The plug fell out on wednesday, and today is friday. I am just curious. I am first time mom. My dr stripped the membrane, whatever that means. All i feel is a cramping feeling in the front. I am just very nervous and just wonder when and what to expect. Thanks a bunch

And what foods contain those? (for those of us who cannot take pre-natal vitamins...)

I should have conceived aug. 8, 9 or 10th and that is the last time i had sex. i took a pregnancy test 33 days after my last period on july 25th and it came out positive. yesterday i went to the er because my spotting turned into a bright red color after spotting for 5 days. they said if i was pregnant i'm not miscarrying but the sonogram showed no baby in the uterus and my hcg levels were at only 63 so if i was pregnant i would only be 2-3 weeks according to them but according to my last period i should be 6 weeks. is that even possible to be only 2-3 weeks even though i haven't had sex in almost a month? i have to take more blood tests but can't for another 2 weeks but they gave me no answers just that maybe it was a false positive even though i still haven't gotten my period. has anyone else had a similar experience??? no one can seem to give me answers

I am trying to conceive after having had a breast reduction including a FNG (Free Nipple Graft) two years ago. I am curious as to what effect pregnancy will have on my breasts since the milk will have nowhere to go. Will the milk produced just be naturally absorbed, or will I need to take medicine to dry it up internally? And will it hurt more than normal pregnancy and post-pregnancy breasts? I have already had one child and breastfed, but that was before the reduction.

Green eyes.
Asian shaped eyes.
Natural tan with slight freckles.

I know I'm in for a hell ride. I am aware it is going to be agony.
I want to hear how you coped during labour. Any techniques used to clear your mind or just to help cope with the pain?
Anything that may be helpful!
Thank you

I am 33 weeks pregnant and my baby is huge. I am a 6ft tall woman so that is no surprise, however there is some question as to whether i will be able to deliver such a large baby.

(the size of the baby is not down to diabetes or anything, this has been ruled out, its purely down to genetics)

There has been some talk about inducing me at 37 weeks dependant on exactly how big the baby is, because he may be too big by 40 weeks or whenever.

I am a bit worried about the inducement process. What does it entail? What are the risks to the baby? Can anyone shed some light?

Everytime i'm looking at the yahoo answers section for pregnancy, i keep seeing "am i pregnant? could i be pregnant?" why don't you just take a freakin' test and find out?

you can't rely on total strangers to TELL you you're pregnant. If you think you are, take a test and you'll know for certain. geez!

Okay so basically my boyfriend and I have been having unproteted sex...we've been doing this for awhile.. about 5 months now. However In July on the 23rd I went to the doctor and took the Depo Provera *sp?* shot, I was on my period very lightly, later that day it stopped. Its now Sept 7 and as of latly (last 2 weeks) Ive been feeling tired even if Ive slept all night I feel worn out, my boobs have been sore and its been extreamly uncomfortable to wear a bra or even touch them, and the last 4 days ive been feeling sick to my stomach.

The thing is I didnt get my period in August however Im not sure if its because of the shot or because I may be pregnant.
Ive made an appointment with the family doctor, just need some advice to tide me over the next 5 days.

Last night I was standing for about an hour or more while I was cooking dinner. When I sat down to eat everything was fine. When I finished eating, I got up to put the dishes away and I had this terrible tight feeling on my back. I went to restroom because I thought I needed to empty my bladder, but I could hardly stand my back while sitting there. I tried to lay down on my left side & on right side, but it felt worse. It went away after about 5 minutes, but I was wondering if anyone else experienced this? It was really bad on my back...it hasn't came back since and I sure hope it never happens again!

I was at the store just a minute ago getting some last minute things for my hospital stay...I went to bend over to look at something and when I stood up I noticed my underwear was wet. I went to the bathroom to check and (I know this sounds gross) but I smelled my underwear and where it was wet smelled sweet. I read somewhere that when your water breaks or you leak, it could smell sweet. Anyone know?

I’m 26 weeks Pregnant and tested positive for Group B Strep. Now I’m on antibiotics. I had never heard of GBS, when the nurse said Group B Strep I thought, my throat…feels fine. So I went online and did some research. I’ve found out a lot of information mostly not so good. Knowing that I can potentially pass this to my unborn baby during delivery scares the crap out of me. I already have one child, so the whole racing thoughts about crazy scenarios isn’t new to me. I’m use to freaking out while pregnant (I'm sure those of you who have children can relate). But this is serious. So you can imagine how I feel knowing this has caused fatalities or mental disabilities in newborns. Any way I need some inspiration some reinforcement that someone out there has this and has had healthy children. What were the steps taken during labor and delivery, and after for the baby? Thanks! I appreciate it.

I took the Advil to help morning sickness and extreme exhaustion, but I just realized it may not be good for the baby and noticed a warning on the bottle.
