I am trying to conceive after having had a breast reduction including a FNG (Free Nipple Graft) two years ago. I am curious as to what effect pregnancy will have on my breasts since the milk will have nowhere to go. Will the milk produced just be naturally absorbed, or will I need to take medicine to dry it up internally? And will it hurt more than normal pregnancy and post-pregnancy breasts? I have already had one child and breastfed, but that was before the reduction.

working for plastic surgeons for the past 13 years i was always informed by the doctor it may or may not affect the milkducts. You will have some enlargemnt due to pregnancy and may get milk which may alter the shape of the breasts again. It is hard to tell what the breasts will do until you are in your latter stages of pregnancy so you can only wait and see, also i was told they do not give drugs to dry up the milk any longer and if you choose not to nurse you should bind your self with an acewrap until it dries up on its own

THE BEST WAY SISTER IS TO SEEK ADVICE FROM MEDICAL PRACTITIONERS,BUT I GUESS DURING PREGNANCY THERE IS NO PROBLEM SINCE YOU WOULDN`T HAVE STARTED BREASTFEEDING YET UNTIL DAY OF DELIVERY.
