I didn't have any syptoms at all until 5-6 weeks. Except, of course, the missed period. I kept thinking to myslef...am I really pregnant? I was also a little more moody and tired,
Then a couple weeks ago, around week 6...I could hardly stay awake and my breasts started growing and are SO tender now. I also started having some cravings in the past couple weeks...
Good luck!

A missed period.
Missed period = No pregnancy.
The bleeding is your body removing the egg and the uterus wall. So to have a normal period (5-7 days bleeding, light to heavy flow, mild to terrible cramps) is pretty much a 99.9% way to know if you're pregnant or not.
This CAN be confused with spotting, but the differences are usually light bleeding for about a day or two and the blood is usually brown or pink.

First sign is the missed period usually. That and the growing belly were really all the signs I had until the end, then I got strech marks when I was 9 months.

I had constant menstrual symptoms for 2 weeks then I noticed my breasts changing significantly. The morning sickness and exhaustion really didn't start in till I was almost 7 weeks along

My first sign was the tender breasts. Really tender. I also wasn't eating like I use to; I would avoid food that normally I enjoyed. I was in denial about the missed period.

everybody is different!! which is probably frustrating... wouldn't it be nice if everybody experienced everything at the same stage?? usually a missed period is the first indication, especially if you don't suspect that you are pregnant or may be pregnant. but sometimes sore breasts and other PMS symptoms are present and you don't realize it because you just thought it was PMS.

even before a missed period you can expect: being tired, lower back pain, headaches, your breast also might feel a bit heavier.
you should get the test called first response. It's the best at accuracy even if you have not yet gotten your period.
