I was listening to these old ladies talk about how it is unsafe to have kids so close together. I got pregnant again when my daughter was 4 months ( had a c-section) and I am just curious...Will this affect me or my unborn child because i didnt "have time to heal" ?

Hi i also have another question to do with breech presentations, i have heard that breech babies can have birth defects,is this true and has anyone on here had breech babies or perhaps been a breech themselves?

i had a threesome but i didnt ave full intercourse just got poked while the guy was havin sex wiv the other girl (he was wearin a condom) and im 3 and a half weeks late wiv ma period! im onli 16 and just started my period last year so am i pregnant or just irregular coz of hormones? im reli worried im not redy 2 ave a baby! plus my belly is quite bloated but i ave always had a bloated belly since last year. i have no other symptoms except missed period. i am still a virgin aswell.

i have been trying to get pegnant for one month.I have just found out i am but. . . I came of the pill just over a month ago and i had one period on the 28th July till 31st and then i had another on the 6th August till the 9th. Now i dont no which date to to go to see how far i am and when i am due.Which date would you go by ?
When would you go the doctors straight away or leave it a bit ? With my other two children i went as soon as i new but feel like i should leave it for abit what do you think ?

My due date for my baby was yesterday and theres still no sign! I know most babies dont come on time but im really fed up now! I went for a long walk yesterday, had a curry. sex and some castor oil and still nothing!! Wasnt keen on taking the castor oil at 1st bt im that fed up and heard from a lot of people that it works but it hasnt!!! How much of it do you take? I took 2 tablespoons yesterday and today. Also im due to see midwife on tues if i havent had him, can i ask for a sweep or is it up to her to decide??

i was at my doctors the other day and he tested my urine and said that i had developed toxemia... sent me on bed rest.
im 38 wks. and ive been researching it and its pretty freaky. some people wonder why he didnt induce me but i go back to visit tuesday anyways.
i know signs are swelling and high BP which i have had and he knows about it. Today my bottom lip is swolen and i dont believe i bit it or anything and when i talk i talk out of the side of my mouth.... its really wierd and just started happening today.
could this be anything to do with my toxemia? when i went in and he found out i had it he said it was a +1 for toxemia... im just wondering if anybody else had this in late pregnancy and what symptoms they had.

My girlfriend and I are dating for over 4 years. I am 25 and she is 23. I gotten my girlfriend pregnant. When she first told me and showed me the test, I got really scared. I ran off. This would be my 3rd month without being with my girlfriend (she is 3 and a half month pregnant). I know that she is feeling sad and depressed that I ran off on her. I realize something after being more than 2 months without her. I need to support her and our newborn kid. I've done the biggest mistake. I want her to take me back. I'm still very much in love with her. I think she told her friends and family that I ran off already. How am I suppose to get a good reputation with her friends and family again and gain my girlfriend's trust again? I am really glad that she isn't seeing anyone as of right now. I really want to be with my girlfriend again and support her. I know I won't run off on her ever again. I know she's the one for me.

My doctor said my cervix was measuring 3.7 and I'm 21 weeks. She asked me to stop working because my job required me to be on my feet for long hours and lots of lifting. Can my cervix get better with rest? Can I still carry to term with my cervix at 3.7? She wants to check it in 4 weeks.

Not too long ago, I had myself convinced that I didn't want to get pregnant until my daughter was at least 3. Now that she's almost 2, and after hanging around here, I have the baby itch soooo bad. It's not the right time yet-we're getting married in October and moving in November-but I want to get pregnant again! I don't know if it's because she's getting bigger, or because I've been around here so much. Has anyone else started thinking about having more babies after hanging around Pregnancy for a while?

I dont know what labor is like.. although this is my second child. I had an emergency c section at 36 weeks with my last. planning another c section with this one..but i have felt like crap today. I am having lower back pains my whole abdomen aches. it feels tight. and i have had an upset lower stomach all day. i dont know if it is just stress (i was just recently put on complete bed rest for blood pressure and i am a little worked up about it for financial reasons) I dont know what to think.

i want to know if its a sighn of early labor or anything to do with labor because i had pain around and above my belly button.it went on for one hour., and the nurse said to time it and come if they are 5 minutes apart. they were very close but only lasted for one hour. what u think does it mean

I've taken 3 home tests&all were neg. but I'm still having a couple of signs.It's been 5 weeks since I had unprotected sex,it was on July 28th,but he didnt go in all the way&was only in for maybe 3 sec. but he precomed.The signs I'm having are:I pee more than usual,my stomach is hard,I'm hungrier than I used to be,I spotted for 3-4 days-started on the 30th-after we did that-it was 2 days after we did it,I used to not have acne but now I do even though I clean my face evryday,some smells make me nauseated until they take it away so it only lasts for a second.So could I be?I had my period on the 15 of Aug. but I know you can still have your period when youre pregnant. If I hadnt done what we did,I would've started my period on Aug 3rd so I'm not sure if I was ovulating or not.We did it 7 days before I was supposed to start.By the way,this is not all in my head b/c I already experienced that but then I realized I'm probably not.I'm uncertain though.&I'm also not srtessed so that's not it.

Last night i went into labor at 1130. by 1am they were regular, 2 minutes apart and starting to get painful. went to the hospital, they checked me at 130 my cervix was closed, hard, and high up. at 3 (cxn's still 2min apart and hurting more) they checked again and i was 2cm thinning and my cervix had moved down more. so things were progressing well. then at 7am they checked again and i was still 2cm, cxn's were getting verry painful, to the point where i needed to sit down during them and couldn't sleep because they woke me up. they discharged me to do this early/latent phase at home. since then my contractions have slowed and decreased in pain.

this same thing happened with my first pregnancy. i was stuck at 2cm having dysfunctional labor for 2 1/2 days. i don't want to do that all over again.
it's been almost 20hrs, my labor has stalled and i need to find a way to get things going again. any suggestions? please, no "it will happen when the bb's ready" comments. thankyou
