You can buy them at any age, but if you are 10, they just might question you on it.

There's no age limit in most stores and health clinics will give 'em out to anybody. It's possible some places are stupid about it and won't sell them to kids but legally anyone is allowed to purchase condoms.

i don't know. but you should be able to walk into your local health department and they give them to you. or the local family planning center and they can give them to you.
