You can get pregnant the first month after coming off the pill and it isn't rare, in fact it can be one of the best times to concieve.

It's hard to say whats happening though, it could be that the 6th - 9th was your LMP or, I (IMO) I think that it could be implantation bleeding and the 28th was the LMP just because its about 2 weeks apart.

If you explain to your doctors they should arrange an early dating scan as it isnt always possible to predict when you will ovulate the first month anyway.

My midwife said EDD's can be 'give or take' 2 weeks anyway and there is only 2 between your dates so either way......

Good Luck

I would go to the doctors within the next 1-2wks just to check in and make sure all is good.
I would go by last period as long as it was a normal period which would make you only just 4wks pregnant tomorrow. ( and a due date of 12 may 08). The doctor is most likely going to go by this period too. An ultrasound later on will tell you if your further along but I don't think you would be.

Good luck and congratulations!

How did you find out that you were pregnant this time? Did you take a home test? You dont normally have a period after you are pregnant. I would go by your last period date only because you can generally take a home pregnancy test and they can be accurate to tell you results like 5 days after conception. With my last child, I found out only after a few days that I was pregnant. We were also trying. I would make an appointment to see the OBGYN and let him know about your dates and see what he thinks. Good luck

Go by the last period the 6-9th.

Make an appt with your doctor but they may not want to see you until you are around 8 weeks. Then they may want to do a dating ultrasound based on the sketchy LMP dates.

The dating u/s will tell you exactly how far along you are.

You should go ahead to the Dr. And as far as determining the due date, I would wait until a little later on in the pregnancy and judge by the ultrasound. My due dates for both my children (given to me by the doctor) where nearly a month off. The ultrasound dates were a lot closer.

go with the date of your lst period, which was the august one. At your 20 week dating scan they can adjust your due date if it is miles off judging by the babies size. It is up to you when you see the doctor, but you should check in with your midwife to bet booked in, start getting scan dates booked etc.

it is really rare to get pregnant a month after stopping the pill. Did you take a test? I think you should consult your doctor straight away. Do not wait.
