How long after the egg is fertilized do you start feeling cramps and stuff?

Not all women have them. If you do, it will probably be around 8-14 days past conception. A lot of women get them around the time they expect their period, or a few days before.

i had implantation cramps but i was fixing to start when i started to have cramps and did not know what they were till i was two weeks late and at the doctor. i thought i was fixing to start my period. i did not think i was pregnant. not all woman have them.

I got them about the time i was supposed to get my period.
