No, you are not pregnant, the only way you could 'possibly' be pregnant is if you and your boyfriend had physical genital contact.
It's a possibility that maybe your boyfriend sctratched you and that may have caused the bleeding, but periods have their own timing, I wouldn't be worried, but if you are, talk to an adult that you trust, or our doctor.

the only way that you could be pregnant is that you guys had sex. unless he has sperm fingers you cant be pregenant. Besides, period cycles change, so 2 days is nothing to worry about. best way to know if you are pregnant if you are still worried is to go to your local GP.

You can't get pregnant from having your boyfriendn insert his fingers inside you...
Semen needs to be involved. (usually meaning: Vaginal Sex)
