Pretty good as sperm can survive up to 7 days, though 5 is considered a long life. Well when I say pretty good I mean 20-25% which is the chances of a woman getting pregnant any given cycle if she is trying.
If you don't want to become pregnant, and please ignore this if you do want to be pregnant. If you don't want to be pregnant it is not too late for emergency contraception. If you have an IUD put in up to 5 days after unprotected sex it is 99% effective at preventing pregnancy:

Research has shown that some sperm may survive in the Fallopian tubes up to 7 days, with the average amount of time being 3 to 4 days.

Sperm can survive in the female body for a couple of days. And the exact day you ovulate isn't always exact. There is a chance you could find yourself pregnant.

On the lower side, but there is still a chance. Sperm can survive 5-7 days, depending on who you ask. If you didn't want to get pregnant, all I can say is next time, take the morning after pill. If you did-then baby dust to you!!

morning after pills are usually most effective is taken within 24 hours and become lesser and lesser effect as the time goes on increasing. When you take it within 72 hours it can be effective or it may not. You can still take it, but it does not guarantee that you won't get pregnant. If you are not going through the fertility period(day 13 to day 16) of your menstrual cycle, the chances are you may not get pregnant but its best not to take a chance. Still go ahead and take it and then talk to your gp or nurse about it as soon as you can.

They say that sperm can live in the uterus for up to 5 days. So, you've got a shot at being pregnant. Good luck.

It is still pretty good. Semen can live for like 3 days or so. So it is very likely. I wish you the best of luck.
