Pah, its old wives tale rubbish. You and baby will be fine. You may find you are more tired with this pregnancy but thats cos you have a little one to look after as well. Rest whenever you can and be happy! Good luck.

My great buddy had two babies within 14months of every different, She had an emergency part together with her first and the advisor instructed her to have a deliberate section with the second as he stated the historic scar tissue might probably tear for the period of a normal birth because it would not have thoroughly healed. She carried little one to 5 days before her due date with out a problems or problems what-so-ever and had the planned cesarean. The one 'draw back' for her was once how shattered she is now she has two kids below the age of two, however she wouldn't swap them for all the sleep in a lifetime :) I cant think any person said the possibilities of concieving are small only two months after having a youngster... ALL clinical professionals will let you know the first 6-8weeks after having a baby are essentially the most fertile weeks you are going to ever get!! Nevertheless because the condom got here off as he used to be pulling out the sperm would have died within the condom and would be useless anyway

It's when you have baby after baby that it's really a problem. Back to back pregnancies are not typically a problem. It's when you add that third one in. The child is often shorted on nutrients resulting in an increased rate of birth defects and mental illness. People who say 'the baby takes what it needs from the mother' are incorrect. The body saves itself first.
On the other hand, studies do indicate that in back-to-back pregnancies, there is a much higher rate of pre-eclampsia and some other less life threatening problems in the mom. Your having a c-section is not necessarily a problem. In fact, may be an advantage because you won't have developed as much scar tissue by the time you deliver again. Wouldn't push it a third time though.

In my experiance, I would definitly wait! My kids are 11 months apart. Less than a week away from 10 months apart. The second pregnancy was pure hell on me. I was high risk. She was born slightly smaller than my son. They said cause having them less than a year apart takes away from the second baby. It's hell on a daily basis. I have a boy and a girl. They fight CONSTANTLY! It's terrible. I can't do anything without having a 2 and 3 year old at my feet fighting and screaming at eachother. Since having the kids, me and my husband started to try and concieve another one. So far i've lost 3 pregnancies. With the 3rd being this past July. I was 16 weeks along. They suspect it's because I had my kids so close in age. It can cause lots of scar tissue and leasions that make carrying another child very hard. But they also told me it depends on the person's body and what it can or can't handle.

I think its possible but its not a good thing to have one kid after another the body has to give it self time to heal and get back to normal so my suggustion is slow down making babies.

My doctor did tell me it was best to wait 12 months before getting pregnant again, but I don't remember why. Many women get pregnant before this though and have healthy babies.

There are complications following a c-section. You are a bad candidate for a VBAC (vaginal birth after Cesarean). If your scar is not thick enough you can go into premature labor or rupture your uterus.
Speak with your doctor.

its not bad to get pregnant right after having a baby. they just suggest you to wait to give your body time to heal. If your body doesnt have time to heal it can sometimes cause a miscarriage but not always.

I was advised to wait at least six months. Your body does need time to heal. Also, if you can manage an infant and be pregnant, I applaude you!
