ok well im 29 weeks and 3 days ago i was haveing a normal cramp pain right under my hip bone on the left side iv had that pain every once in awile through out my entyre pregnancy the docter said it was fine.. but out of no were i got this real sharp pain tha felt like my inside was being riped open .. it hurt so bad i screamed the hole time it lasted bout 40 seconds then stoped then 3 min later it happend agian this reacured bout 4 times....there was no blood and baby is still moving just fine what could have it been i mean it hurt so bad that i would rather get shot then feel it agian

I had the baby 8 weeks ago and I just got my period or at least thats what I think. Is it possible to have it this soon. I know that everybody is different,but this has never happen in the past. Could I be pregnant again?

im only two days away from my due date and all day yesterday and still up until this morning i have been having painful contractions!! its driving me crazy! i always end up with these timable contractions but then they dont add up to anything. yesterday and today they're more painful then before though. some of them i can walk and talk through and others i cant. i have been 3 cms and 75% thinned out for a lil over 3 wks now! i go into the doc today and im gonna beg her to do something about this cause i dont know how much more i can take!!
my question is for anyone who dealt with this same kinda problem. did u have contractions that would come and go?? how long did it take to actually go into labor?? do u think this is the very early stages that just need a "jump start"? what was your expierence with early labor?? anything like this??

Are there major health risks? What is the point of an "all-natural" birth if the pain is so bad? (I don't mean to judge anyone who doesn't use an epidural, I just don't understand the reason behind it.)

I have been having braxton hicks for the last week off an on (I am now 37 weeks)....today they got stronger and a little closer (few hours apart....not consitant)....now it's 4 am and all night in bed I have had harder contractions for a couple hours.....minimal break in between. I also have had back cramps (uncomfortable) all day and during the contractions.

I went to the bathroom and peed.....then sat there for a minute and some clear fluid trickled out....I wiped and it was completely clear......my pee is usually noticabley yellow.
I have no clue whether this is amniotic fluid, if my water broke or what??
What do you think? I'm not sure what to do. It trickled out a couple more times when i was in the washroom and i did pee a little in between the clear stuff (I hope this make sense!)

Contractions have stopped, but I still have a slight back cramp.

Also, this may be silly but....does the fluid come out of you where the pee does ?

Is it safe to have a baby at 18?

I don't want the whole "Your too young speech" or anything like that. Save it for someone else.

Me and my fiance' have been together for quite awhile, we both love children, and have spent alot of time with babys and toddlers so we know the responsibiltys, we have good jobs, I get paid 8.50 an hour and he gets paid anywhere from $9.00-$11.00an hour, plus side jobs.

What we would like to know is, is it safe to have a child at 18-19, and what are the risks?

okay im 17 and so is he and i just found out I'm 6 weeks pregnant (abortion isn't an option) my parents already know and are helping me our biggest problem is his parents. we know they won't be nice about it and hes freaked they'll kick him out. his parents are scary when mad. i want to be there when he tells them. they don;t like me already and its so nerve racking but its not like we can hide it. how should we tell them? should we be ready to run away from the house? whats better? a letter face to face a phone call? HELP!

Well since i found out i was pregnant my partner has been supportive but at the same time angry about my decision. Some days he will be really happy about it an say how proud he is and he talks to the baby and loves feeling it move. But then other days he makes comments like it was your choice so stop complaining(i black out alot and still get sick), you wanted it i didnt and i never will!
Its really confusing! He has been drinking really heavily lately after he agreed that he would cut down. So i started riding him about that alot. We broke up the other day and then two days later i walked in on him in bed with another chick. I went and stayed at his house so i could get to work and we slept together after he said that he missed me and he loved me and he was sorry for being an jerk. I found out the next day that he had slept with 4 people since we split. We are now back together and its really weird but we are making the best with what we have.

Does this mean labor is close? Will my labor be shorter? Can i make it thin faster? When its 100% how will i know or what will happen? My Dr. didnt tell me anything! just told me i was 60% thinned and pushed me out the door ! please help.

As many of you know from my previous questions i've taken numerous pregnancy tests for this cycle.
they've all come up negative except for one that was taken last week, it was a first response and it had a small red dot in the positive result window..? does this mean i'm not pregnant?

Too many types of pains: having a pulling pain down low in the triangle between my hips, menstrual type cramping sometimes with an overall tightening of the whole uterus, sharp under the rib pain, and sometimes pain around my back.

Anyone know why all of these are happening but labor isn't starting yet? I am 40 weeks.

so it makes you want to pee a lot but when you pee does it get darker or lighter...i mean like is there a lot of water coming out when you pee? bc u can have urge to pee and when you do its not much water...

My last period was on 8/4 and ended about 8/9 me and my boyfriend had unprotected sex on 8/12 8/13 8/14, this month i started cramping could almost swear my period was coming and i am already late the cramps are still coming on and off along with a bit of nausia, and my breast are sensative mainly around the nipple area. A friend just joked that i might be pregnant and terrified me...I'm like a week and a half before my period (too early for me to be PMSing) but I'm basically feeling very hormonal...crying at anything, headaches, i got a pimple for the first time in years...I couldn't be pregant could I? when your abdominal muscles split. or do they sometimes not split at all. ive gained about 10 lbs so i guess im average size... also, is it painful when the muscles do split? thanks!
