The medical term is pseudocyesis, literally, a false pregnancy. The woman has most or all the signs and symptoms of pregnancy including cessation of menses, tender breasts, morning sickness, weight gain and even characteristic abdominal protrusion. However, there is no fetus in the uterus.
Before the advent of x-ray, and especially of ultra-sound, these cases were frequently mistaken for true pregnancy. The exact pathophysiology has not been worked out, but one hypothesis is that intense desire of pregnancy (or perhaps intense fear of it) drives the hypothalamus to produce hormonal derangements that mimic pregnancy. The only treatment is psychiatric.

when a woman wants to be pregnant so much that she starts having signs or feelings of being pregnant,shell gain weight,breasts may grow,shell not have her period,have sensitive nose and other typical pregnancy symptoms,but shes not actually pregnant

pregnant...even showing signs of it...
...but the deep question is why...
...Freud believes this is the enigma of sexual difference and penis envy...hatred of the mother who cannot give her a child & desires the father...subconsiously...
...Klein's view is that the girl or woman, thru mental (subconsious) situation within her bisexuality wishes to receive the love of the father (penis envy) and thus be worthy of filling an empty feeling within herself...
