I had the baby 8 weeks ago and I just got my period or at least thats what I think. Is it possible to have it this soon. I know that everybody is different,but this has never happen in the past. Could I be pregnant again?

yes you can have your period and still be breastfeeding.
i doubt that you are pregnant again but if you think you are,do a test after the priod has ended.
yes it is possible to have your peiod 8 weeks after delivery thogh some peoples own takes 5- 6 months

It's definitely possible to have your period so soon after giving birth, even while breastfeeding. I pumped for my first son and went on Depo Provera at my 6 week checkup. I never got a period until I went off the shot a year and a half later. With my second, I also pumped and wound up getting my period a month and four days after he was born, before I could even get on birth control. Just like every pregnancy is different, your body's reaction after each pregnancy is different. If you're worried that you may be pregnant again, there's no harm in taking a test to ease your mind. Congratulations on your new baby.

I got my period back at 2mths with my 1st because I went back on birth control and I was breastfeeding till 7mths
With my 2nd I didn't get my period till 8mths as thats when i started taking birth control again and I also stopped breastfeeding at 8mths.
You can have a period and breastfeed without problems and its more likely to get your period earlier while still feeding if you are taking the pill or something like it.

You can start back getting your period 4-10 weeks after delivery. It can take up to 6 months or more if you're breastfeeding. It just varies with every woman.

I have two children. both the times I had my first period with in 40 days of my delivery. you can or course feed the baby. nothing happens, it is just a natural process.

doesn't sound like it. i breastfeed and am on the depo shot and still bleed from time to time and my daughter is four months old.
