I think it's because women are scared, nervous, excited, etc. and we are looking for some "sage advice"... I also think alot of women are looking for someone to say, "I had your same exact symptoms and I was preg/not preg". We want comfort and reassurance especially when the pregnancy is unexpected or an accident. Plus alot of us are trying not to waste HpT's and doctor visits, and would rather wait and ask for other women's experience... and maybe find out for ourselves, without a HpT or Doctor's Visit.

Because many are scared, or afraid to go to the doctor and want to know from others personal experience if they have anything to worry about. Personally, if someone thinks their pregnant, the cheapest way to find out would be a HPT.

mmmm to the people who gave negative feedback, why bother answering.
If you cant be bothered?
People like to share their experiences and some have been to doctors or havent yet but still are curious to others life experiences. Some people like myself have been pregnant, but lost it or not gone to full term and others have some sypmtoms and know what they should be but the hpts are negative, but still feel pregnant.
I myself have had about 10 hpts, all negative and a neg blood, so yeah i accepted maybe i was just hopeful,,, but hey why am i still feeling neasuous after a month???
hence why i look up this site.
BE CONSIDERATE, TO OTHERS. Yeah i get it bores you and you dont get it but move past their questions if so and leave it to others who are interested in helping and not paying out on us.
Kind regards.
If you find it frustrating, perhaps you need not be on the site??

They "know" but have to deal with it somehow. It's such a shocking, life changing event to get a positive pregnancy test. OR if someone wants a baby so bad and they are having trouble concieving, if someone thinks they ARE pregnant, it's hope.

I'm with you on this one! I am sick to death of people asking if they are pregnant! At least its an easy way to get 2pts!
People that need to ask that question seriously need to think twice about getting pregnant in the first place (or need to go back to 7th grade sex ed!)

I know, it's annoying...I always answer them and say GO GET A HPT!! I think just women get either excited or scared but they wait cause HPT these days are expensive unless you have a dollar store and/ or they don't want to get their hopes up so they just wait. I know I waited for so long I was 2 months in!

that is true, but on the other hand, it could be what keeps another person from wasting money going to the doctor when they arent....
