That is cause for concern, but not yet for alarm. Keep watch. A point to remember: there is usually nothing you might do to cause or prevent a miscarriage. Consult a physician as soon as convenient....unless other symptoms arise or existing symptoms become worse.
Some spotting is normal. Anything more than spotting should be checked. Big question: is this spotting or more? Good luck. Also your question is fairly common. Don't worry.

Relax, don't stress about it too much that sounds pretty normal to me and every time you stress baby stresses so try nto to work yourself up : ) If you call your local hospital they should have a 24 hours OB some time of OB nurse that is on duty that can look up things for you and answer questions. Usually that can be pretty reasurring. Where I live at in Alaska we live on an island in a small less than 1000 people community and we have no hospital. We have an EMT service and for emergencies have to be helicoptered out to the nearest big town a seven min flight away. So I call the 24 hours OB at the hospital in that town quite often espcially late at night or on the weekends when my OB clinic isn't open. Hope this helps! Try not to stress. And the cramping you were feeling before is routine. You will probably be liek me and experience the slight cramping throughout pregnancy because your uterus is stretching so much. Just relax, kick back with a cup of cocoa or tea and snuggle up with a good book or suduko! Congrats on the baby and God Bless both of you!

I had similar problems a couple weeks ago (7 weeks pregnant now)... light light spotting, mild cramping, and strange discharge. I thought the worst, but after some reassuring words from my doctor, I calmed down, and everything went away! She told me that as long as my cramps didn't get terribly painful, or the spotting turned into heavy or bright red bleeding, that luck was on my side that I would keep the baby! I sure hope this helps you, because it sure is awful to worry the way I'm sure you are! Good luck, and hang in there!

Its fairly normal. The cramping is perfectly normal also.
In just about all instances your OB will not even see you for bleeding until you're filling a pad with blood every few hours.
Spotting is normal, as is discharge of all kinds (except green or foul smelling).
Low beta levels at your point of pregnancy do not indicate anything more than the possibility of you not being as far along as you expected. Generally as long as the levels are not going down its acceptable.

When I was 6weeks pregnant with my first childI had a bleeding episode, I went to the ER and got checked out. The ER doc told me that the cervix is very fragile and a few things could make it bleed during pregnancy - intercourse, a vaginal exam. Since I had intercourse the night, I knew that's what caused it. If you keep seeing streaks of blood you should go to the ER. Because you just never know.

well some spotting is ok. As long as the bleeding isnt that heavy i would think that you should be okay. I would call the doctor when the office opens to let them know what is going on and to see what they think might be going on. If there is more blood or severe cramping go to the ER asap.

Normal spotting during the first few months of pregnancy is normal. This is due to the baby getting "comfy" in the womb. The baby is starting to embed itself in the lining of the uterus, and it can sometimes disrupt the lining, and there can be spotting. So I think that this sounds like normal spotting, but if you are concerned, then you can always go to the ER, and they will be able to better assist you. Good Luck with everything!

I had terrible cramping and discharge in the first few months of my pregnancy...so much so that I was sure I was miscarrying ALL the time (I didn't even tell my mom I was pregnant for almost four months). My daughter is 13 months old...don't worry, you're fine...you will know if something is really wrong.
