I doubt your prematurity would affect your fertility at all. You probably just got lucky by not getting pregnant.

Well, this girl I used to be friends with was born preemie. She weighed like 3 pounds.
She is just about the most fertile person I have ever known. All she has to do it LOOK at a guy and she gets pregnant. She has 4 kids (unfortunately, none of them have the same father). Heaven forbid us all if she has any more, but the point here is that she was a preemie and is in fact VERY fertile.
If you are specifically concerned with it, you should talk to your doctor about it and have him check out all your reproductive stuff and see if they seem fine.

No my mom was born when my grandma was only 7 months pregnant. She was very premature and had yellow jaundice and everything through childhood. She had me when she was 18 and I am the only child she has but she still got pregnant. Not having more children was just her decision not because she couldn't.

probably not. organs develop in the first trimester and then grow from then on. your reproductive organs would have been developed by the time you were born, though you didn't say how premature you were born. i just read that around 15-16 weeks (in the womb) females start producing millions of eggs already. so i doubt you have anything to worry about. discuss this with your doctor and have an exam to reassure yourself.

No, not at all. Preemies typically catch up by age two in all aspects of development. I know a few women (One born almost 3 months early) that have gone on to have kids. If you have problems conceiving it has nothing to do with being a preemie.

Likely not, but you can ask your doctor for a reproductive checkup.
You should be using birth control if you do not want to get pregnant.
