Be patient. The baby needs those extra 2/3 weeks to fully develop. Don't try to speed the process along let it happen naturally. Congrats on the babe!

Oh geez! You need to get some patience. 36 weeks isn't even considered full term!!!! Relax and plan to be pregnant for at least two more weeks. 3 cm and 50% effaced doesn't mean anything about when you'll go into labor. It could still be a while. Relax!

Be patient. That is what is best for your baby. Birth blessings.
My baby will be born on its birthday, not
its due date.
I am not in a hurry.
I am not on a schedule.
I am patient.
When I am in labor, I will not rely on the clock to tell me how fast to go.
I am not a factory.This is a custom order.
I am a powerful woman, birthing a new person into the world.

You're too early to be having a baby. Those extra two weeks make a huge difference to the life long health of the baby. Just go with the flow.

as quickly as the mucous plug is going, that's as much as a week before contractions commence, yet no longer oftentimes this long. I lost my mucous plug approximately 2 days before contractions with my first toddler. one difficulty is for particular, you purely isn't waiting lots longer! To progression properly, save lively. stroll around lots, and proceed this for as long as you are able to for the time of labour. i'm so excited for you, and desire you all of the final for a speedy and chuffed labour. remember your respiratory exercises - they actually do help for the time of labour, and don't panic. while it gets sooooo painful, the youngsters on the way. your physique is astounding, you're very virtually to fnd out how so!! good success!!!
