If your doctor is not worried, then I wouldn't worry. Just relax and elevate your feet.

I had bleeding till' I was 11 weeks pregnant .. I was also very high risk .. I found out I was pregnant at about 4 weeks! And nothing was wrong with my daughter whatsoever! I'm sure your doctor will watch you carefully! If you have any concerns .. go to the hospital .. I did it a million times during my pregnancy!
Here's some info from a website ..
What should I do if I notice spotting or bleeding when I'm pregnant?
Call your doctor or midwife right away, even if the bleeding seems to have stopped. While it may turn out to be something minor, it could be a sign of a serious problem. You'll probably need an exam to make sure you and your baby are fine and to rule out any complications.
If you're actively bleeding or have severe pain of any kind and can't immediately reach your practitioner, head straight for the emergency room.
How is spotting different from bleeding?
Spotting is very light bleeding, similar to what you may have at the very beginning or end of your period. It can vary in color from pink to red to brown (the color of dried blood).
What can cause spotting or bleeding?
It's not always possible to determine the cause of prenatal spotting or bleeding. Because the blood supply to your cervix and pelvis has increased, it's not unusual to notice spotting after a Pap smear, an internal exam, or sex. Some other culprits ... look at the website, it tells more!
Good luck!

Yes, I did have bleeding in my very early pregnancy, and I was scared to death. It was my first pregnancy and I thought it would be my last chance. I thought that it meant the end of the pregnancy for sure, but it wasn't. I did not miscarry. Now my son is 15 and doing fine, and I also have a daughter that is 10.
Try not to worry. The stress that it causes will make everything worse and nothing better. Have a positive attitude and try to enjoy being pregnant. It goes so fast and its an amazing time.

Im 14 weeks pregnant and i have had brown blood almost like discharge. I went to the hospital and im fine. The hospital said no intercourse though cause it could cause me to miscarriage and also no strenuous activity. Excepically you no being veryfar its more likely for you to have a miscarriage so take it easy. Elevate your legs and dont lift anything more then 15 pounds. Believe me better safe then sorry and these where my doctor orders. Congratulation and have a great pregnancy.

Brown blood is old blood most likely left from implantation. If you bleed red you should go back and have the, do a blood test to check your HCG levels.
