A normal male can not conceive. However, there is a sect of inbred people in South America who are born with both male and female genitalia. They have been studied for a long time. I am sure you can find it on the Internet some where. There have been cases where one of these people conceive and give birth. As far as science goes, an embryo which has been fertilized can be implanted in a male and he would be pregnant. However, to my knowledge, the fetus has never been viable. Experiments on this have been underway for several years now. Hope this helps.

Men cant get pregnant, but they can carry a baby in somewhere perhaps like the intestines. Babies can even live in the bowels of women and men's bowels are no different. Maybe the people who answered previously should research that before they answer ignorantly.
