Baby probably has a foot up there. When I was carrying my daughter, she always had a foot under my right side rib cage and I too had to sit in odd positions to be somewhat comfortable. You can try pushing firmly downward to make the little one move, but the foot will pop back up their after awhile. You don't have that much longer to put up with the pain.

I'm just gonna say it flat out. If you're already experiencing the "leaking", then it's common. They'll get sensitve when they start supplying and if they get too full they'll hurt or feel hot. Try to get some of the milk out.
You can use a pump or your hand. Sometimes releasing some of the liquid is a big relief.

Yes, it's a little foot. My son and my sister's son both did that to us [ we were pregnant at same time ]. They thought we were recliners. Mine was so bruised it hurt for a month after I delivered. [ both boys have been PIAs ever since - sometimes. ]
Try doing side bends to the left a few times, and then the right. Sometimes babies get comfy in odd positions.

you should call your doctor....
pain on the right side of your abdomen could indicate pre-eclampsia. it could be other things, like your baby wiggling up under your ribs, or just plain being uncomfortable from your rib cage expanding and your skin stretching... that is my issue right now...
but pain in the upper abdomen, especially the right side, can be an indication of pre-eclampsia. so just to be safe i would contact your doctor.
almost there! good luck!

My sis had the same problem. It turned out to be constant pressure from the baby pushing on her ribs with his foot.

It could be your little one sticking their foot up there......my doctor gave me a pain medicine for that because it hurt so bad......i trick i do sometimes (that helped me ) is to stick something cold there and after a few minutes, it feels better because my little boy has moved...usually sticking his feet lower on my right side....

hi...not trying to alarm you, but i was diagnosed with mild preeclampsia (blood pressure problems and swelling) and my doctor told me to call him if i had any pain under my right breast because it can be a sign of a problem and he may want to see you...he also told me to watch out for white or black spots in front of my eyes or headaches that don't go away with tylenol...if you haven't had any previous problems, chances are everything is fine, but i would call the doctor and let him know what's going on...best of luck to you!!!

Even after 29 years I can remember that. My first baby kept her foot up there. We could actually count her toes.

Could be a foot or hand or other body part putting pressure on your rib cage.
