My breasts went from a full 'c' cup before number one to an 'f' cup after she was born, then after 2mths settled down and while breastfeeding sat at about a 'dd-e' cup. they went down to a 'd' cup in between kids (and not breastfeeding.)
when number 2 came I stayed at a 'dd' for ages and after I finished breastfeeding and lost all my post-baby weight they are back to a 'c' cup, but man are they sagging!! All that weight fluctuations have taken their toll on my 'girls'!!
All in all i went from a 'c' to an 'f' back to a 'c' and every size inbetween!
It really depends on how much weight you put on and lose during pregnancy, how big they were before and if you breastfeed and for how long. Also invest in the best maternity or normal bras you can afford as this makes a huge difference.
best of luck

I don't know where the previous answerers are getting their info. It takes six weeks for the uterus to involute, or shrink back down to its non-pregnant size. You are not truly, fully healed until you stop bleeding, which can take up to 8 weeks but normally does not. The bleeding is from the site where the placenta detached. And yes, breastfeeding helps it all happen faster.

it all depends on your body.. some people (Like my mother), had smaller boobs than she ever had in her life after having us kids, she says i took them all from her hehe
u wont return to your normal size after delivery, but u more than likely will after you stop breastfeeding
i hope this answered your question
good luck
