My niece (which is my mom's grandchild) has an 8 month old baby and wants my mom to adopt her. My mother really wants this child and my niece doesn't want the responsibility. What's the first step should they take? Do they absolutely NEED a lawyer since there is full cooperation on both sides? They really don't want to spend the money on lawyer if they don't have to. So anyone know what's the steps they need to go through.

Hi,

I posted last year saying I was worried about having another child after my first daughter was born by emergency c-section, I suffered a collapsed lung and had to be recusetated (spelling sorry!) to breathe again. I spend the first night away from my daughter in Intensive Care.

Anyone else got any worse stories? Obviously with happy endings! Please no upsetting ones.....

So I am 31 weeks pregnant and its almost my birthday, I REALLY REALLY want to go shopping but how? Is there anyway to know what size or any way to try on clothes right now that will look good after the baby? (I was a size 5) I gained 20lbs so far so it looks like average wieght gain, (25-30lb) Is there anyway at all that this is possible or is my birthday redit better spent on the baby??

hi ladies just a quick question i know about the implantation preocess but is there a time period on it could it take say up to 11dpo or 14 dpo how long does it normally take the reason i ask im not due to start for 4 more says but i have a real light pink color coming from you know where could that be implantation bleeding or an early period??? basically can it take up to the time you are starting to implant????? thanks in advance!!!!!!!

I'm a 20 year old new mom. I'm trying so hard to do my beast to be a good mom. My baby is only 4 weeks so I have not had to do much but I still feel like I can be doing better. My mother told me to get the baby out of my best and stop picking her up when she cries. When people tell me things like this it makes me feel like I'm doing something wrong. I know it sounds crazy but I'm trying my damnest to be the best mother ever. One reason is because I'm a young mother, my baby's father is not around, I use to get into alot when I was younger and I'm trying to get my life together. I don't know what I'm going to do!!!!!!! Can anyone help me!??!?! Or will I just feel like this at first and then I will go away when my baby get's older.

Should I rip her a new one? I called CPS about a month ago on her ex fiance's mother. Their house is trashed. They cleaned it up and then the children were allowed back supposedly. Today the CPS had a suprise visit and told my sister to pick up her children ( two of them ) and they were never allowed back. They also had to rush my 18 month old nephew to the emergency room because he had a temperature of 103 and it was down for 104. Should I give her a piece of my mind for not listening to me when I told her that her children were not safe there? She is an IDIOT! What should I do or say? I know to be there for my niece who is 4 and my nephew.

me and my husband (we're 19 and 20 yrs. old) has had sex over and over again for the past 3 weeks. the last time we did it was last monday because i was supposed to start last week. i've had my PMSing symptoms and everything...cramping, sensitive breast, intense mood swings, always tired yada yada. even though i had all the symptoms, nothing happened. i haven't started my period. i was supposed to start 6 days ago!!! i haven't gotten the "morning sickness" thing though. maybe once or twice last week, but not too intense (no vomit). so before i spend 15 bucks on a test, can i get some opinions?

I am 22 weeks pregnant with a little boy and we are trying to figure out whether to circumsize him or not. My husband is European and no one over there unless you are jewish is. He is fine with allowing are boy to be. But I am thinking I might not why subject him to that pain as a baby if I do not have to.
What I am trying to figure out is how many people out there have not circumsized their boys. I just donlt want me son to be the odd ball if he is the only boy that is not circumsized.
