Well...I was thinking that Doris Elizabeth sounded nice but then realized that you wanted it for a middle name so how about Hannah Doris? Or Sara Doris? I think a name with a soft ending would sound best. I have attached a link where you can search baby names. Thought that might be useful too. You can do an advanced search that might help you find a name that ends in ah.

Emily, Laura, Claire- I think a "soft", feminine name would go really nice since Doris is a shorter name. Some other names I like are Kendra, Elena, and Teresa.
