If you had a later (post 8 to 10 weeks pregnancy) miscarriage, abortion or delivered a baby your cervix will appear diffrent to your OB during a pelvic exam.

There are a few possibities...you could still be preg even if you are bleeding, if it was light it may have been late implantation bleeding, it may have been a chemical pregnancy which is when an egg is fertilized and then for some reason (possibly a genetic defect or hormone imbalance), everything is shed and most women never even knew they were pregnant.

An exam by an OB/GYN would be able to determine if a woman has been pregnant.

I think that the uterus looks different after having been pregant. You would have to check woth a doctor though.

doctors can tell i don't know if theres a test or if it just they can see it
