After the baby is born, there is a yellow stuff that comes out of the breasts when the baby suckles. This is called colostrum and is very good and important for the baby. After about a couple of days ( could be more ) the milk flows,

The mother does not produce milk while pregnant. She produces colostrum. The milk will come in 2-7 days after delivery.
