There are sure a lot of baby and pregnancy questions on here and it seems like everyone in my neighborhood is young and having babies. Has anyone heard that there is a baby boom going on in the U.S. as of late?

I posted this at night a while back---thought I'd see how the day crowd took it.

I don’t understand why everyone gives teenagers who are pregnant so much sympathy just because of the situation they put themselves in! What is up with that? I do not believe in stereotyping anyone--especially teenage mothers but why give them sympathy? I don’t care about anyone’s age, it seems to me people on here who are young mothers or are young and pregnant always put “I’m 16 and…” Why should we care how old they are to answer their questions? You don’t see some one write “Hi, I’m 32 and…” Are pregnant teens trying to get sympathy or attention because of their age? I think a lot of teenagers put a really bad reputation out there for themselves and others in the same situation---therefore creating and adding to stereotypes . What are your feeling on this?

I also should add--I was pregnant with my first at seventeen--I'm nineteen now--just for judgment's sake.

My friend, also a sex worker, says:
When a man's penis bends to the left he is more likely to have baby girls, or gay boys when it bends to the right, he is more likely to have baby boys.

I think it just bends opposite to his right handedness. If he is right handed it bends left, if he is left hande it bends right.

Who is correct?

Why do some think that certain position and dates and the way you carry determens the sex of the baby. I always thought it was what ever genes you carry and your partner carries that make up the sex of the baby. I'm I wrong?

My relationship with my teenage daughter has improved alot in the past three months but today it just worsened. (Look at my past questions to understand better) We got into a huge fight and she said "me or the baby? tell me mother... you have to pick one".
She really dislikes her little sister and wants me to choose between the two of them.
I am still having trouble comprehending what she really meant by the question and she won't give me a direct answer BUT I have narrowed it down and this is what i'm going to do:
I'm either going to send my older daughter away for a few months (either to live with her father, or boarding school) OR i'll send my younger daughter away for a few months to live with my parents as I fix my relationship with my older daughter and prove to her that I love her.
I really miss being close with my older daughter. We were inseperable and now she hates me. I love them both so much and this is my last option. What to do? Who to choose?

I know this is in the wrong category but I am aiming towards space and since some of you live in homes and have kids with a lot of stuff that's why I am asking here.

Is a 900 square foot home big enough for a 2 adults and 2 kids age 2 and 10 and 1 dog and 1 cat to live in comfortably. I know that a 758 square foot apartment is to small I know the difference in size but kids have a lot of crap to deal with.

I've wanted another child since my last one popped out. She was so beautiful...and still is...that I couldn't help but want another one right away. I have a iud, so I can wait up to five years if I have to, but I really don't want to. My finances and fiance beg to differ. Am I nuts or just overwhelmed by the ticking of my maternal clock?

Do you honestly think, as a parent, there is a way to prevent pre-marital sex? Why or why not? Of course we want to protect our kids but what preventive measures will you take when your kids come to the age where sex is a possibility? Will you wait for them to come to you--or will you make the first move? And finally, when do you think we should start talking to our kids about sex?
