Doesn't sound like it. I would see the doctor because something else might be going on and need medical attention.

you didn't state whether your cycles were regular or not. Pre pregnancy mine were every 21-28 days so it is entirely possible to have 2 in one month (this was because I was Ovulating around the time of the start of my period some months unfortunately it makes it difficult for family planning thus I had sex the day before my period came and 9 months later the joy of my life was born)

There were a lot of helpful answers, and I really cannot add much more than to stress that if you're feeling that there's a possible pregnancy - or if you're just still concerned about the interval between your cycles - then seeing a physician (better still your gynecologist) would be highly advisable.

I hope things are all right.

I don't want to sound like an alarmist, but this *might* be an indication of uterine cancer. Its easy enough to check (simple biopsy) and the standard "cure" (surgery) has a VERY high success rate.

Or it could be stress or some other, more benign illness.

See your doctor and settle the question once and for all.

It's normal to have a period twice in one month sometimes. The adverage cycle is 28 days but, yours could be longer or shorter or irregular. It doesn't mean you are pregnant. If you are concerned about your cycle, talk to your doctor.

Having your period means that your body is flushing out the unfertilized eggs. Your cycle should be 28 days apart. If you have two in one month - that still means that your cycle is 28 days apart. If you are having unprotected sex and shouldn't be then do something about it.

since a menstrual cycle is 28 days, doesn't it make sense it is possible to have a period twice in a month that has more than 28 days? I'm sure I'm wrong as I have no vagina.

Definitely not pregnant but you might need to consult a physician because bleeding that much down there means medical attention for a personal problem....

it could be a lot of stuff. could be change of weather, stress, body changing, anything the best way to check that is to take a test and go to the doctor. then dont know if you are on meds. but that could be a factor also
