Every time I see some of these questions of "I'm pregnant, what should I do?" the answer is always either keep the baby or get an abortion. There are other options out there! Adoption! Safe Surrender! For goodness sakes these things exist! Why doesn't anyone else seem to know that? No offense to others, because I know there are a good number of people who have suggested adoption, but the people asking the questions never seem to mention it.

My husband and I have an almost 4 year daughter. We have had marital problems and I don't know if we should have another child, but I would like to have another one. I know that all marriages have problems, but how do you know if the problems are bad enough that we should consider NOT having another child together. Also, I don't want our daugther to be an only child, but I want to do the right thing for all parties involved.

I'm currently 8 weeks pregnant, and thinking about names, but every one that i like, is unacceptable to my husband. It's been all girl names so far, i just haven't seen any for boys that i like yet. Tell me what you think of the ones i like and offer me more suggestions(for boys too). I like names that are traditionally names, but that can be spelled differently, and are not very common. Here's what i have so far, tell me what you think. I like Olivia, because i think it would be a cute name regardless of whether she has my skin color or his(i am mixed white and african american and jamaican) He is part native, but looks white(i know bad term). he says: Sounds too much like olives. I like Destiny. he says: Sounds like a stripper name. I am in love with Savannah Raine, (i think it's the one) He works at GM, and doesnt want the same name as a van. It's different spelling, and doesn't mean van or anything. He's native, it sounds free. he should love it too. shouldn't he?

I started taking the mini pill about 10 or 11 months ago. I started my period when my daughter was less than 1 month old and I didn't want to take the chance of getting pregnant again right away. I stopped taking it about 2 months ago, and have not had sex since but I still haven't started my period. Is this normal???

First of all, I'm 17 and I am a father to Samantha Nicole.
Tonight, I'm am going to propose to my girlfriend, Samantha's mom.
I love her, and we want to make our family offical.

Well..
My gf never recovered from giving birth,
its been 5 months. 5 whole months, and she is in bed
constantly and she ran a fever of about 102 yesterday,
and could barely walk and talk.

My baby girl, she has been refusing to eat lately,
my girlfriend pumps breast milk for her,
where running out fast, and i'm
afraid to let her pump more because of her sickness
and my baby girl, has a WEAK. immune system
the slightest cold could jeporadize her life.

I'm taking her to the doctors, this afternoon.
Any advice with what to do with my two girls ?

My sister-in-law had a baby when she was seventeen. Now, a year and a half later she is pregnant with twins and has four months to go, with no one to help her raise them. We are trying to convince her that adoption would be best for her situation since there are so many families that would love to take them in. Also, she wouldn't be neglecting her little girl to take care of her new babies and she would be able to go to college. She doesn't sound interested. Are we wrong to ask this of her? Do you think we should push the issue?

We would like to now wait until our child is 3-4 years old, so the child can be a part of the wedding. Also for the baby shower, I would like to have it seem like a wedding party/baby shower. Decoration wise. Incorporating wedding decorations with baby shower ones. Is this a good idea? If so, Do you have any ideas. For example a friend told me to get a wedding type cake, but add decorations on it that are for a baby shower...

I know having a baby is hard work. I know it costs alot and that it is a 24/7 job with no breaks for, like, 19 years or so. My bf has a pretty good job. It pays 12.50 an hour to start and within 2 years he will be up to 25 an hour. He wouldn't be the only one working either. I believe we will make great parents even if for some reason we do not stay together.

I no all of you are against this but, when I think of not having a baby I get severely depressed. I just want to cry and sleep all day. I can't even go through baby sections at stores because I get severely depressed.

I want this baby more then anything and people in my life try to tell me I should wait and tell me how hard it is, but it doesnt help and it doesn't make me want it any less.

If I did get pregnant I am determined to finish school and go to college.

I don't know what to do. I want one so bad to the point where I get severely depressed when I think of waiting or anything, but everyone is against it. HELP!
