What, exactly, goes through the heads of parents who think it's okay to tie up their children, lock them in a closet, and STARVE them to the point of emaciation??

Cutenwild....I think people like that should be castrated or have their tubes tied, and then thrown in a mental institution.

Some parents can't handle stress and instead of getting help they think they don't have a problem and end up taking it out on the kids....they need to know Jesus as Saviour and Lord.

there are different reasons..some of which..maybe they were abused too when they were young..and that's how they got rid of there anger...but thats actually not a reason to actually abuse children!These people are sick.Why abuse?Why kill such a precious miracle?we don't know...hearing about abuse sends shivers down my spine...I don't know how people have guts to hurt a child...what do children have to blame? I'd like to see the look on an abuser's face if THEY were to be abused!

that is sooooo sick why do people have kids if they are going to do that to them that poor girl could of went to a good home if theyd put her up for adoption ugh they should kill her mother!
