I am 19 weeks pregnant. I know I am not supposed to take ibuprofen in pregnancy, but would it do any harm if I only took one? I have nothing else in the house, I will buy some tylenol tomorrow. I can't take the pain anymore, it is horrible.

I've suggested he join a gym, rock climbing, train for a marathon, hiking, camping. None of this stuff seems to out weigh video games. He's 17 and just wants to play video games or go to amusement parks. Amusement parks are a plus actually. At least he's out doors getting fresh air. What other things could I suggest? I was never like this as a child. You couldn't keep me indoors so I'm having trouble relating.

i have a 3 week and 4 day old daughter her name is emily by the way.Anyways ima single mom and my mom helps alot at night because my 17 month old daughter madison still gets up to. But with all my kids i let them fall asleep in my arms and put them in bed my mom puts her in bed awake and lets her fall asleep in the bassinet when she has her at night. what do you think of people and my mother doing this just laying in bed well their awake and letting them fall asleep. my mom said its nothing wrong with it but i feel really bad walking by and shes looking all over plus she has a cold so i feel even worse but all togehter do you thin its right i justlove holding them till they are asleep. no rude comments please. P.s plus she can hear the tv shes probbaly wondering whats going on

I am currently being diagnosed PCOS (elevated testosterone level in first blood test), and I am going back for a second blood test this Wednesday to test for LH. I already have hypothyroidism (Hashi's), and this just adds an incline to the uphill climb to becoming pregnant. Because of this DX, we have decided to immediately TTC (well, at the appropriate time, of course). Does anyone have any suggestions, or advice from when they started? When you were first diagnosed (if spontaneously, like me), did you wait to try any meds?

I am looking for women with PCOS. Please, do not answer unless you understand the question, and are either a woman with PCOS, or you are a medical professional. I'm not trying to be rude, but I have posted many questions where people who have no idea what they are talking about answer. It's annoying!

Last December I wanted to get on Birth Control (the first form used outside of a condom) so my gyno put me on loestrin 24 (taken faithfully every morning same time), I was on that for about 5 months and I never got a period, so my qyno switched me to yasmin. I have been on that faithfully ( Every morning, same time) since May. My husband and I had sex today and the condon (which was treated with spermicide) slipped off and he wound up finishing inside of me. This is the first time something like that has happened to me. Do I have any reason to be scared, or am I just worrying over nothing? (I got my period last Wednesday - the Wed. BEFORE Thanksgiving Eve.)

I had PID in September and for 2 months my period was coming every 2 weeks. When my period stopped me and my boyfriend decided to try having a baby. So for about a month and a half me and him have been having unprotected sex, my period just came for the first time the 21 or 22 of this month but its so lite...it even looks pink sometimes please help!!

O -P.S my period has always been heavy and lasted 7 days all my life(age 11); now it looks like it mite go off tommorow.

I was on antibodies like 3 weeks to a month ago, but that never affected me b4 either.

No Pregnancy signs either, but a change in weight and eating habits now i eat a bit more....last pregnancy test was at the beginning of the month and it was negitive...

My 8 month old is a cat napper. We have tried to extend his naps and so far, no success. He needs to nap longer than 45 min as he wakes up CRANKY! I am just wondering if and when your baby extended his cat-naps to regular 1.5-2 hr naps and what you did to achieve success. Thanks for your answers!

My twins ( a boy & girl) are four. both have gone to bed at pretty much the same time for about a year now. They used to sleep all night and I would even have to wake them up in the morning to get ready for daycare. For the past month or so, they have been getting up at 430 or 5 am and I am exhausted! Ive tried putting them to bed later but they still wake up early and they are even more tired during the day. Ive tried the chamomile and lavendar lotion before bed, Ive tried reading, Ive tried promising them something special the next day whether it be a trip to grammy's or a cookie. I feel like Ive tried it all... I need help! Any suggestions out there?
