My daughter is ten months old. I have been feeding her gerber graduates for about 2 months now. All varieties. She eats the puffs all the time. From our dinners, she eats spaghetti, hamburger helpers, chili, macaroni and cheese, mashed potatoes, all veggies. Just cut things up if they are big. My daughter even eats m&m's. Just start small and work your way up. If she is able to chew and work her mouth to mash food, almost anything will be okay.

At this age she can pretty much eat what you are eating. Just make sure the food is soft and cut into tiny pieces.

Soups that don't have big chunks that might choke her.
Mashed yams or potato or squash. Mac and cheese, noodles, rice.
Avoid things that could choke her like hot dog chunks or peanut butter.
