Considering that you don't know how much alcohol consumption might hurt your baby...yes.
I would strongly advise against it. The first trimester is a very important part of pregnancy, all of the baby's basic development happens now...
Please, don't take any chances with his/her life. Is a drink really worth taking a chance of damaging or even killing your child?

what do you mean by a 1 month pregnancy? You should most definately wait until the second trimester before even sipping a glass of wine. Most women do not drink at all for the sake of their unborn children. They are drinking too you know!

some studies say that only drinking 5 or more drinks a day will harm your baby that if you drink like every once and awhile it won't do anything. like they say at the most drinking everyday will only cause learning disablilities like add or something.
the dr's will tell you a glass of wine a week is ok.
now me i think its best to be safe than sorry and not drink at all. its 9 months and yes it feels like forever but its best to wait.
in the first few months thats when the baby developes the most so that would be the time to really try to keep from drinking.

if you are planning on drinking, don't. Why risk it. If you already drank, and are concerned, don't be, think of all the horrible things an expectant mother can do with out knowing she's pregnant. I drank a few glasses of wine, and went to an amusement park, before I knew. When I brought it up to my doctor, she laughed, and said the anxiety from thinking about it could probably do more harm that what I did. Good Luck, and Congrats!!!

Alcohol is not the best thing for a growing baby. It is better to avoid alcohol until after the baby is born.
If you have already had a drink or two, just stop and wait till he or she is born.

Ever heard of Fetal Alcohol Syndrome? Pregnancy is the time for a woman to take the best care possible of their bodies.

Yes, this is when the fetus is first forming and you could disrupt the cells from their normal functions. When you take a drink of alcohol, it goes into every cell of you and the fetus.
If you cannot stop drinking for 9 months, you may have a
problem.

It isn't recommended to drink any alcohol anytime during pregnancy. as the baby is always developing and growing something. It is especially important not to drink during the first three months.
