Oh my gosh, lately I mean for the past four months my son has been extremely terrible he screams over every little thing as loud as he can several times a day (he's nineteen months old) and it drives me nuts doesn't matter where we are or how I try to explain things to him he still does it. For example, we went to a store today and I took away a jar of olives from him for obvious reasons as we were checking out and he screamed and carried on all the way out to the car. Then once we reached the car he screamed because he had to go back into his car seat (which he hates but what can I do). We get home and he screams and screams when I tell him no, take things he don't need even if I explain why, try and change his diaper (he pooped like three times), and it seems to be getting worse. I try so hard to ignore it, but at what point does it become enough. I'm at my ropes end, and can't help but think if I did that growing up nineteen months old or not I would of gotten smacked. Advice?

My baby is turning on next month and I am so stuck I don't know what to do. I wanted to do Chuck E Cheese but he won't be able to do anything, then I was thinking of birthday party with a clown, and pinata but his cousin who is a month older has already did that, then I was thinking of McDonalds but the last McDonalds Play land I went to had a bad smell, I don't know what to do. Do anyone have any ideas?

My 2 year old daughter went to stay with her Nanny for a week and now she's back home she won't go to sleep alone, she screams and screams. Nanny has just transfered her from a travel cot to a big bed although she slept fine in her big bed at home. My daughter also has a cold. When she screamed nanny let her sleep with my husband until she fell asleep and then put her back into her bed. Now everytime I put her to bed she screams and asks me to lie next to her and to hold her hand, which I do until she falls asleep.
She was away for so long as my husband takes her to visit for 1 weekend a month but also had to stay on working in London which is where nanny lives. I live in Devon.
Do you think she's scared incase she's taken away from me again? We are very close and spend all day together. Do you think this a phase and is there anything I can do to reassure her?
Thanks x

I am having trouble finding and thinking of a unique and unfamiliar name for my child which is due next year. Gender unknown. My other childrens names start with C. Maybe wanting to stay with the C names, but other suggestions are very welcome.

Please give your best effort and help me name my last child.

Thank you in advance.

I'm right handed, but my nearest rellies are all left-handers, except Eep Senior, who is a touch ambidextrous. Mrs Eep is of mainly right handed stock. Littlest Eep (6 months) seems to keep changing his mind about which hand to grab stuff with.

When will one hand become dominant?

Okay this lady I don't care for too much, she takes my kids to school and I pick hers up, but now all the sudden she is asking me to watch her kid all the time. I don't want to be mean and just say no, but I can't stand it. It's all the time, I mean she's here now. I am 6 months pregnant a honestly I don't have the patience to deal with this kid all the time. My kids are so different from her, mine get there own snacks and do things themselves and this little girl is always asking for something. I like kids but I'm not a afterschool daycare, you know what mean?

Is it possible that 10 or 11 DPO is too early for a positive beta test? My level was under 5 but since HCG only doubles every 2-3 days could it still be possible? My temps are still up and I am due for AF on Friday. Usually I would have started to drop back down by now. http://www.fertilityfriend.com/home/1d7657 I'm looking for any info you may have about false negatives when done too early. And if you do not have anything intelligent or nice to post please just refrain from posting. Thanks!

Are they any good? My son's been asking for one but I'm not convinced they're a good idea, I'd like to hear people's experience of them.

My son has a bike which he loves and uses regularly so its not instead of a bike.

I was wondering what (experienced parents) thought about letting your baby cry her/himself to sleep? My 5 month old daughter is very spoiled and depends on me to hold and rock her for nap time or bed time. I know I spoiled her...she is my first baby and it's hard not to give in! It's been getting very hard to put her down after she falls asleep because she wakes back up. I am getting really frustrated!! My mom told me that I need to just let her cry herself to sleep when I know she is fed and changed and ready for a nap or bed time. This is the first day I have tried it and she fell alseep within 5 minutes but she rolled over on her tummy. I know she isn't supposed to be sleeping on her tummy. So what should I do? Do you think this is okay? How long should I let her cry before checking on her and soothing her? I hate hearing her cry!!!! I don't know what I should do but I need to do something for my sanity! Please help me with some advice. Thanks in advance!

It was at a birthday party and he had a toy that I wanted so I bit him in the back. Yes, I know it was wrong but I felt no remorse at the time, my mom did not like what I did so she bit my finger to show me what it was like to be bitten, she also asked if I liked being bit and she showed me how the boy felt. Do you think that was correct of her? Now that I think back it seems logical to me. What do you think?

I am a nursing mother of 2. I have a 2.5 year old and a 5 month old. The 5 month old I am nursing exclusively. I started menstruating when he was 2 months old, had my cycle again the next month, then have missed the 2 months since.

I did not restart my cycle until my first son was 15 months old so this is foreign territory to me.

As to be expected, I am on a hormonal roller coaster right now but, I am curious, can this be caused by hormones or is pregnancy the only explanation?

For obvious reasons, I just can't bring myself to buy a test yet ;)

Thank you!
