I would remove all the clothes. The hard surfaces can be cleaned, like the crib, dresser, etc. You should not set off the bomb, and you should not even go in for at least 24 hours afterwards. Get a motel room or stay with friends or family and let him take care of it, and the cleaning afterwards.

Because the baby is not born go ahead and take out the stuff. But you knowthere could be fleas or eggs in the clothing and things allready because it was in there room.
So you need to wash everything again. Yuk
After the baby is born you can use half applecider vinegar and water and spray it on the carpet biweekly. That will help with reinfestations.

You should take everything out of the baby's room before you bomb it. You don't want any of the stuff in the bomb to get on any of the baby stuff--that could be very dangerous.

You will need to clean absolutely every surface in the room afterwards, including wiping down the walls. Actually, you will need to do this for every room in the house that you bomb, and since you are pregnant, you should stay out of the house until this is done.

I think it's safe as long as you stay out of the process. Pull everything out of the room and make sure it all gets cleaned before going back in. Wash all the clothing, blankets, etc. I think it tells you to stay out of the house for 4-8 hours, but with you being pregnant I would just stay overnight somewhere else. Have your fiance handle this.

My doctor told me that it was okay but you can not be around it and remove everything and I mean everything from the room. Also open the windows and don't put anything back for a couple of days to let the smell get out and of course vacum a couple of times to be safe.

You may need to leave every thing in so that it can kill all the fleas. Just be sure to clean everything really good after and everything should be fine.

Personally, I'd rather you didn't. My parents did it when I was a baby, without me in the house and with all of my belongings protected. I never would take a pacifier, but when I got home, I just so happened to find one under the couch and put it in my mouth. Of course, it was contaminated. My parents had to call Poison Control and bring me to the ER, where I became very ill. They had to give me that dreadful Ipecac syrup that they used to give people who had ingested poison, which made me even sicker. I obviously survived, but it was a terrible ordeal. Try to find a safer way to get rid of the fleas.
