Both of the names are beautiful but I would choose Braden Mu`nir Anderson.

Since it's a family name you should spell it however the family spells it. Names like that shouldn't be messed with.
Between Aiden and Braden, I have no preference. They are both nice in combination with the middle and last names.

I like Aiden but not a big fan of Braden. How about some thing similar? (brendan, brandon)

Personally I like Aidan better.
As far as the middle name goes, I typically don't like apostrophes in the middle of names (gets confusing later when filling out forms), but I definitely like the "i" better than the double "e". So I guess my vote goes for Mu'nir.
